Terrible!!!! Ordered a remote with express delivery 27th of feb. Still in Asia somewhere and todays date is 16th of may.
You have chosen delivery 7-15 business days. The term of delivery is coming to an end. Due to the coronavirus, a slight delay is possible. Contact your local post. Many people found their parcel in the post office!

These people were very patient and helpful and they after sales service went beyond what could have been reasonably expected of them. I mistakenly ordered the wrong remote from them. When I explained my error they sent me a link to reprogram the remote control so that it is now compatible with the correct device! This took several attempts because I did not have access to a PC with the latest version of Windows (note that their reprogramming applications are not compatible with a Mac device). I'm impressed with their service and would recommend them without hesitation.

I am disappointed the remote control does not provide all the functions of the original example no creation of new TP with the red button. The colored buttons are not functional. This is just about getting started, I haven't tested everything yet
We have written a letter to you. The remote control can be reprogrammed. Note that before performing some functions, you need to press the SHIFT button. Press Shift and then the colored buttons.

So a few weeks ago I ordered a replacement remote for my Humax PVR. (orderded 31-03, delivery 20-04). Only 1 button of the 4 buttons was programmed. Obviously because I ordered it to replace my Humax. I tried to figure out how to make this 4 in 1 remote working for a few of my other devices (tv, mediaplayer, amplifier) but could not find a way. I sent them a mail and yes, they could help me. 3 days later I reveived a download.exe file and instructions on what to do. The remote now support 4 devices :-) which, after a quick test, seem to be working as expected. I will do some more testing the coming days, but yes I AM A SATISFIED CUSTOMER

To whom it may concern, I have been a customer for going on 18 months now. At first, it was hard to except the fact that I would not receive a printout with all the passcodes for all electronics like a store bought Universal remote (since that was standard practice), But I must admit that normally I would have lost that page in the first 6 months, leaving me to buy another Universal Remote. I would end up buying 2 sometimes 3 remotes a year. lol But today that worry of loss and the pains of cost are no longer an issue. So that in itself is a Bonus. But the best thing about this product and company (Other than the $15.00 cost) is that with every year that passes, Companies offer a new version of the product you already own or new "Must Have" electronic device entirely. No matter what the product or how new a product it may be, I will always have access to the latest remotes to these items. Very helpful staff. When I receive the remote. It does not work. They ask me to take a picture back of my tv. And then they send me a link to validate the remote. So to make it easy.

Thanks for the good feedback. If you have problems with the remote control then write to technical support. If the remote control is not compatible, you can reprogram it to control another device.
You should at minimum sent instruction manual with the remote since it is completely different from the original. So it’s almost impossible to use. So if you want a good review then you should have responded when I requested one earlier
You did not receive the list of buttons? Perhaps this is a mistake of the order picker. We have sent you a list of buttons to the email address.
Don´t hesitate to ask the staff if you are not quite certain of which item you want. You can count with a rapid answer. A good thing would be to translate the chinese signs to understandably english. For customers in Sweden you have to count with a good time for delivery, you have to pay moms an a fee for the custumer´s declaration.

I purchased a remote from Remotes World on Dec 2019. I was tracking the shipment without any problem till it was delivered to my country. Than I lost the track, and without any written notice to me, local delivery company send the remote back to Remotes World with a notice that they could not find the recipient in the address. And it was too late when I learned that. I wrote this to Remotes World, and they greeted with a kind understanding and asked me to cancel my order or send back my package to my address without any additional cost. As I can not find the compatible one in my country, I requested to have it back. Thanks to Remotes World that they send it to me immediately and now I received it and start to use :)
