Sceptic, turned Believer
To whom it may concern, I have been a customer for going on 18 months now. At first, it was hard to except the fact that I would not receive a printout with all the passcodes for all electronics like a store bought Universal remote (since that was standard practice), But I must admit that normally I would have lost that page in the first 6 months, leaving me to buy another Universal Remote. I would end up buying 2 sometimes 3 remotes a year. lol But today that worry of loss and the pains of cost are no longer an issue. So that in itself is a Bonus. But the best thing about this product and company (Other than the $15.00 cost) is that with every year that passes, Companies offer a new version of the product you already own or new "Must Have" electronic device entirely. No matter what the product or how new a product it may be, I will always have access to the latest remotes to these items. Whoever came up with this concept of "One Remote For LIFE" I tip my hat to you. Thank You for your time, Sincerely, Jack Stephenson
