i'm a satisfied customer
So a few weeks ago I ordered a replacement remote for my Humax PVR. (orderded 31-03, delivery 20-04). Only 1 button of the 4 buttons was programmed. Obviously because I ordered it to replace my Humax. I tried to figure out how to make this 4 in 1 remote working for a few of my other devices (tv, mediaplayer, amplifier) but could not find a way. I sent them a mail and yes, they could help me. 3 days later I reveived a download.exe file and instructions on what to do. The remote now support 4 devices :-) which, after a quick test, seem to be working as expected. I will do some more testing the coming days, but yes I AM A SATISFIED CUSTOMER
