These people were very patient and helpful and they after sales service went beyond what could have been reasonably expected of them. I mistakenly ordered the wrong remote from them. When I explained my error they sent me a link to reprogram the remote control so that it is now compatible with the correct device! This took several attempts because I did not have access to a PC with the latest version of Windows (note that their reprogramming applications are not compatible with a Mac device). I'm impressed with their service and would recommend them without hesitation.
