i bought a remote for my a/v stereo system. I told them the remote # needed. I told the the make + model of the system. They sent me the wrong remote. They told me to update the remote vie computer. I told them it wouldn't change the names on the remote. As there is NO button with the name i needed to do the things i need to do with the a/v system.i hope people see this b 4 they order something from Remotes World.
