Road Bear RV

Thank you for sharing your experience. We understand how disappointing it was to pay more for a newer, well-maintained RV and then encounter inaccurate information, repeated alarm and refrigerator issues, a wastewater leak, and several vehicle concerns during your trip. Your comments have been shared with our Denver team for review, and you may contact Guest Services at [email protected] if you would like the rental details reviewed directly.

We appreciate your feedback regarding the motorhome's condition and the equipment. We're reviewing our inventory process to ensure all items are readily available.

We are so glad to hear that our staff was friendly and helpful, and that you received good service. We appreciate your kind words!

We are truly sorry to hear about the extremely negative experience you had with your recent RV rental from our Seattle location. We understand your frustration and concern regarding the worn-out tire, the delay in roadside assistance, and the subsequent issue with the spare tire. We also acknowledge your observation about another family experiencing safety issues. We take all feedback seriously, especially concerning safety. We are actively reviewing your comments to identify areas for improvement in our vehicle maintenance and roadside support services to prevent similar occurrences for future renters. We appreciate you bringing these critical issues to our attention.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re glad to hear you had a great experience with the RV. We’re sorry the WiFi service was not available as expected, but we’re glad our team was able to provide a propane credit to help make up for the inconvenience. Thank you again for choosing us, and we’d be happy to help with your next trip.

We appreciate you sharing your detailed feedback regarding your recent experience. We are glad to hear that our customer service was great and that you had a memorable overall experience. We understand your concerns about the additional costs for gas and RV parks, and the limitations of the internet package not being clearly communicated as non-unlimited. We also note your suggestion about early returns and refunds. Your insights are valuable as we continuously work to improve our services and ensure our pricing and package details are as transparent as possible for all our customers.
