Great product and website was easy to order from. However, I contact customer service due to extended processing time with no update. I emailed the customer service email to inquire about an update on my order then I only received a reply with a tracking number only. Maybe a little more customer support would have helped but I get it…….

I bought a Roban Md500 with 5 blade rotorhead. The model came nicely packed and save to my home. The Model is really nice. The delivery was quite fast too. All in all I'm super happy I bought it directly from Roban and not another store. I actually did save a bit of money that way too. Thank you very much Roban. I'm looking forward for my next heli from you :+)

Good service. Worth the wait!

The service is a bit slower than most online retailers, but the have not let me down, and in some cases they go even beyond what is expected. Always courteous.

I Love this Service for Spare parts

I Love this Service for Spare parts, Everytime i use this in Future, nice communication and friendly Support...thanks alot....

It is fantastic to be able to buy every spare part for any model in the Roban range at realistic prices. The only reason I have given 4 stars instead of five is that the postage prices are a bit random and delivery is about 3 weeks when the items are in stock which is a bit slow by todays standards. Excellent communications and perfect English. I have had 6 orders of parts from them and have been very satisfied.

Positive experience

The helpful, quick and polite response is appreciated, as well as solid documentation of purchase.

ROBAN 470 Airwolf helicopter

Thank you Roban, I am very impressed with my Roban 470 Airwolf helicopter. Build quality is excellent with outstanding electronic technology. I have had many flights with this unit with no issues at all ! Well done Roban👍

Any excellent machine but ……

Any excellent machine that arrived in two shipments (battery came separately). Reduced rating due to no communications at all. When I did eventually receive a reply to my request for battery delivery (6 weeks later) information the battery had already arrived. No reply to support request about Tx fireware upgrade.
