Order information
Hello, It took you more than a month to inform me that you were out of stock. That is a bit too long for me. Best regards, Stéphane
Helicopter spare parts
Parts arrived as described on the web site, they were in good order, well packaged and sent in a timely manner, a pleasure to do business with them.
The products are high-quality and worth…
The products are high-quality and worth the price; the online store has a good selection, and you can usually find everything you need for your helicopter. Their responsiveness via email is also satisfactory. The only real drawback is the long wait from the time you place your order until it arrives—which can easily take four weeks.
Ordering Service of RC Helicopter parts…
Ordering Service of RC Helicopter parts and packaging plus shipping was Excellent 👍 Arrived in perfect condition, Would recommend to anyone interested in this Hobby. Thank you Roban

Excellent communication, feedback and update on my order. Good order product clarification to ensure I am getting the right item for my model. Great team to deal with. I plan to purchase another model soon and believe I will be well taken care of. Thank you for your support

I ordered two items within one day
I ordered two items within 2 days. I paid over €26 for shipping on each order. The orders were shipped together in one package, yet I haven't received a refund for the shipping costs. The delivery service charged me almost €30 in additional fees upon delivery.
High quality finish to the model…
High quality finish to the model helicopter that flies very well.
After purchase support none existent
If there was a 0, I would select that instead. I bought a 470mm Airwolf, since day one there was some small issues, until a couple of months later the helicopter lost power mid flight, I contacted the company they acknowledged the defect, but won't do anything about it. Their after purchase service is none existent. Don't make that same mistake i did purchasing from that company.
Perfect service from ROBAN
Just like in the past, Roban provided perfect service—the helicopter I ordered arrived five days later. The model was perfectly packaged and arrived undamaged. I’d definitely use this service again anytime!
Communication and delivery was good.
Hello
Hello, I received my order in good condition and everything was in order; delivery was quite fast. The one thing that surprised me a bit was having to pay an additional €35 in customs fees, which naturally increased the total cost of the order. Otherwise, overall, I am satisfied with Roban.
Really good
600 Airwolf True Scale. Very fast shipping to France and low cost in an amazing strong box. Kit is absolutely amazing too. Sales Team is reactive, they are top ! Like all kits of this type regardless of the brand this isn't meant for beginners or those who aren't handy; it’s not IKEA furniture (lol), and it requires time, know-how, and fine-tuning. The only thing who could be better is the manual in German and very brief (while there are plenty of ways to translate things these days, German translations can still sometimes be a bit "odd"). If you want to fly right away or don't feel up to the task, this is not for you but if you want a really beautiful scale model and the pleasure of building it yourself at a price that isn't crazy, you shouldn't hesitate. I am really so happy with this kit; Thank'you Roban for your products it is superb in every respect, and the mechanical components seem incredibly solid.
