I have now been waiting for my order…

I have now been waiting for my order for over 9 weeks. No communication, no update, no further information on the matter. Very unprofessional behavior.

7 weeks after purchase and still no merchandise or communication

After watching a very high review of their arming sword on Shadaversity, I purchased the arming sword first week of February 2026. Paid in full. Never received a confirmation email and have never received any communications at all from them. It is now end of March and I am becoming worried about my order. Have called and left numerous messages and sent several emails asking for update. Nothing. This is very unprofessional. Scam? Fraud? Have no idea. They should provide tracking and confirmation emails. If I dont hear anything in a week I will report as fraud to my CC company.

I recently had the pleasure of ordering…

I recently had the pleasure of ordering a personalized katana from Romanceofmen, and I must say that the entire process was exceptional. The craftsmanship of their handmade Japanese katanas is certainly something to behold. Their craftsmen's unmatched attention to detail and accuracy produced a stunning, one-of-a-kind weapon that I will treasure for years to come. What really stood out to me, however, was the level of customer service I received from Romanceofmen. As soon as I placed my order, their team got in touch with me right away to keep me informed about the progress of my katana and make sure I was happy with the outcome. They went above and beyond to make sure that my experience was a pleasant one, and I can't thank them enough for their devotion and professionalism. One of the things I appreciate most about Romanceofmen is that they don't charge outrageous prices for their high-quality katanas. In fact, I was pleasantly pleased with how inexpensive the purchase was for such a beautiful, custom-made weapon. They obviously take great pride in what they do and want as many people as possible to have access to their products. In conclusion, Romanceofmen comes highly recommended to anyone looking to purchase a handcrafted Japanese katana. Their customer service is outstanding, their prices are more than fair, and their workmanship is of the highest caliber. I am beyond pleased with my purchase, and I am confident that anyone who orders from them will also be. Thank you, Romanceofmen, for creating such a beautiful and unique katana for me.

Fake Website Reviews

I ordered a katana and armor helmet from them. I left 2 reviews on their website for 2 stars each. They deleted them. The the tsuba rattles and the saya is very lose. The helmet received was wrong with cheap plastic lacing and lose parts. They explained I had 2 options. Return for a refund or exchange for warranty. Either option, I need to pay for shipping. So it is at my further expense for their mistakes and poor quality. When I posted a review response to this on their website, they deleted it, so they can maintain all 5 star reviews. Be careful when dealing with this company. Their product and services are both cheap and fake. ------ RESPONSE ---- I can't respond, only edit my review. 1st, I am in the USA. 2nd, the order was made in 2 different orders, not 1. 3rd, maybe your website doesn't accept reviews of less than 5 stars? 4th, I spoke to a Sara.

Custom Katana review.

I am giving Romance of Men knives five…

I am giving Romance of Men knives five stars for several reason. I ordered a fixed blade knife. Unfortunately there are issues getting the fixed bladed ones into Canada for some reason, the company asked me to select two folders as compensation. I picked the Enchantress and the Moye. The Enchantress is absolutely beautiful, ever part of it was looked at with detailed attention to detail. the blade is wicked sharp as one would expect from a Damascus blade. It’s movement is fast and smooth. Wonderful craftsmanship I really want a fixed blade. The Moye is wonderful. Built with expert craftsmanship and top of the line materials. The blade geometry is very attractive. Although I didn’t get what I originally wanted I am extremely happy with my knives the quality and craftsmanship is amazing. I recommend getting one to try yourself. The staff is also very good. Courteous nice helpful a real pleasure.
