Fake Website Reviews
I ordered a katana and armor helmet from them. I left 2 reviews on their website for 2 stars each. They deleted them. The the tsuba rattles and the saya is very lose. The helmet received was wrong with cheap plastic lacing and lose parts. They explained I had 2 options. Return for a refund or exchange for warranty. Either option, I need to pay for shipping. So it is at my further expense for their mistakes and poor quality. When I posted a review response to this on their website, they deleted it, so they can maintain all 5 star reviews. Be careful when dealing with this company. Their product and services are both cheap and fake. ------ RESPONSE ---- I can't respond, only edit my review. 1st, I am in the USA. 2nd, the order was made in 2 different orders, not 1. 3rd, maybe your website doesn't accept reviews of less than 5 stars? 4th, I spoke to a Sara.
