Roost & Root

Thank for the review and the continued business, Julie! Thank you for sharing your experience with your new coop, and your 10 year old as well! We would love to see a picture of both if you are able to share. We can receive pictures to our email ([email protected]). Enjoy your coops and give us a call anytime.

Thank you for the review, Mr. Hunt. I can see from your order that you purchase a Slant Root Greenhouse and a Backyard Coop. Was assembly time an issue for the Greenhouse? The Coop? Both? If you have a chance and can give some more feedback please let us know. We can receive email to [email protected]. We have a pretty good record with those estimates that we give, but if there are portions of the instructions that seemed more difficult than others we are always willing to adjust and improve. Thank you for your business and we hope you continue to enjoy your purchase!

Thank you for the review, Eduardo. We are disappointed to hear that the delivery did not go as well as it should have. We put a great deal of effort into finding the best freight option for each order. I wish it had gone differently. Unfortunately, there are parts of the delivery process that are out of our control. I am grateful you let us know and allowed us to warranty the damaged part. We are lad that you are happy with your coop. We always strive for 5 stars if there is anything we can do to improve please let us know.

Thank you for writing us, Laura. Were you able to get whatever piece was missing? I looked through our support log and I did not see a ticket with your name. If that has not been addressed yet, please let us know and we will solve ASAP. One of the reasons we designed integrated waterers and feeders that can be filled from the outside of the coop is to make it as easy as possible on our customers to refill when necessary. It's especially convenient for the compact coops like you have because you cannot walk inside. We have people upgrade their coops from the base model to include waterers and feeders for our Backyard model quite often. If that's a feature you would like to take advantage of please call us and we can work through it together. I'm confident we can make the transition easy on you. We'd love to help you get your coop how you had hoped. If there is a way we can assist you please feel free to call at 877-741-2667 or email to [email protected]

Thank you for your business, Clayton. We appreciate the compliments and I'm glad assembly went well. Hope your birds enjoy their new Backyard Coop!

Thank you for the review, Margaret. We are glad you love your Starter Coop! I would say that you are getting some poor advice from the owner of your previous coop. All of our coops are designed deliberately to prioritize ventilation. Chickens are amazing animals that have been able to adapt to various climates for thousands of years. We are very confident in our design and our knowledge of chickens. Over the ten plus years of being in business we have sent coops to Minnesota, the Dakotas, Wyoming, Montana, northern Idaho, and even Alaska. They all have happy, healthy birds. I understand the concern and I am going to assume her comments were sincere, but we have full confidence in our coops ability to house your birds in all climates. I can see you ordered storm panels for your coop. When it comes time for the snow in your Vermont winter you can places those onto your coop. It will allow for continued ventilation and prevent snow build up inside the run. Thank you for your business. We hope you continue to enjoy your coop. If you have any questions or concerns please reach out to us. We are not just coop builders, we are chicken keepers as well!

Thank you for choosing us, Lynn! Glad to hear that both you and your birds are happy! Enjoy your Backyard Coop!
