1: All wigs came with good quality lace, but weren’t always styled like the Ad. Curls shouldn’t drop after one hour of use. You’re either using minimal heat or sending a wig with a different natural curl pattern than the one selected.
2: Some came too thin/split ends. Women want volume, not wigs that look and feel like they’re missing bundles. There’s ways to achieve a natural look, without adding too many or too little. Considering your price range, you must step up your hair quality to match!
3: Wigs (advertised as in stock) take much longer to ship, than what’s listed on your social media and website.

5: Deleting comments and “approving reviews” is unprofessional. You need to handle mixed feedback from paying customers, in order to grow and succeed as a business.
I saw this unit on YouTube and I had to have it and it wasn't long before I received it only one week and it looks exactly like the picture and videos that's why I'm happy but it's even better in person I can't stop looking at myself in the mirror and I have gotten so many compliments thanks again for everything Royalme💞
Good customer service, replied fast to my enquiry about my order. Shipping took 7 days from China to Germany. Lovely hair, very soft, has not tangled yet. Came pre-plucked, which was great. Only grievance is that the lace came too light (I am dark-skinned) and my piece „Katy“ is not fully glueless as advertised. Had to put some adhesive on it, which is what I was trying to avoid. Overall, professional company with quality hair. Might order again!

If you are wondering if your unit will come the way the you tubers wigs come, it will. My wig came packaged so pretty with the clips and a pack of pretty black matte long coffin press on nails with a nail kit attached. Unless you’re are a youtuber or have another social platform please be very careful when ordering from this company! I bought the Kaylee wig and it was NOTHING and I mean NOTHING like the picture/ description online, it was twice as short and very thin!! i tried to get my money back but no joy! So disappointed

I dont understand why alot of people getting on here capping. I purchased royalme lace wig after i read so many reviews. Some good and some bad, but my opinion after recieving this wig. This wig is horrible. It suspose to be 18inch and 180 density. I swear its like they use one bundle and a closure.
Its very thin, so much split ends and it looks like really cheap hair. Although the construction is good and it really dont shed it still looks like cheap hair. Split ends everywhere. Also it said 7 days and i waited almost 4 weeks for this crap. For $275 , they need to do better. I will never buy from this company again. P.S hairvivi wigs are on point.
The wig took a little longer to arrive than I expected. But I was pleased with the product when it arrived. I have never bought a T-part wig, but am looking forward to wearing Ms Chili.
Love these wigs!! I have ordered two so far. I am wearing the most comfortable wig I've ever worn; and first time I've been able to afford human hair. Not going back to synthetic hair!! I love how natural the hairline is and how comfortable the cap is. Good quality hair and I like the variety of colors and styles available.
This hair is AMAZING. Contacted the seller to see if the unit would arrive on time and the response time was soo quick. Washed, blow dried and straightened the hair and there was literally no shedding at all. Knots were perfectly bleached and hair lined plucked very nicely. I got the 20 in and very true to length.
The wig is a beautiful color and length. However. the style of it is awkwardly made. So awkward that it does not look great once putting it on. I doubt I will get to wear it which is very unfortunate.
