The items were misrepresented. I purchased three items that were supposed to be cotton/Linen. What I received were all Polyester. I want to return the items however cannot get any one to respond. I have sent multiple emails with no response. It took almost a month to receive. I wish I had read these reviews before ordering.

Don't buy! Horrible! Not cotton, it's polyester. Their descriptions are lies...you can't mistake polyester for cotton.Shameful! I will write these reviews until the company contacts me.This site needs to be removed so no one else gets taken!
1 star is1 too many. Last time I buy anything from a "pop up" without further research, not sure why I didn't do it this time. This company is impossible to reach via email, live chat and not any phone number is provided even though they "encourage" you to "Contact Us!" The dress colors were odd, not as in picture, fabric was awful, would not want to wear it, but also, it was very large for a size "M". I'm probably just going to eat the cost of this item as I don't want them to sell this dress to someone else. I've tried for at least 5 days to ask questions about returns via email, but I don't think they will ever respond. Learned my lesson!!$
Buyer beware! I purchased a shirt that was advertised to be made from cotton & linen. I ordered what I thought would be (should have) been the correct size. The shirt I received was absolutely not cotton or linen. It felt like the sort of plastic-ish material made from recycled bottles. The sizing was waaay off, tiny, sleeves & shoulders very tight & the length ridiculously short… crop top short and I am only 5’2”. Not as advertised in any way. I am very disappointed & will never ever make the mistake of shopping on a site I found on Pinterest!! I wish I had done my due diligence & checked this site out more thoroughly BEFORE wasting my $.
Placed order 18 Nov 2024, received it 25 Jan 2025. The clothing was not according to the pictures in the website. It was the worst quality clothes I have ever seen for the price paid. It was not embroidered as per the picture and was printed on a type polyester material. Nothing at all like the picture. Do not order from this site. Linen pants was a very thin crinkled cheap version of looks like polyester.

Hideous fabric was supposed to be linen & Cotton is was cheap and nasty polyester. Could purchase similar for $5 in Australia if you like that type of cheap fabric The colours and sizing hopeless. Wouldn't recommend in a pink fit. Just a big scam for shonky merchandise. I was lucky enough to have PayPal protection & got a refund. I tried to send shonky items back but they wanted me to pay for postage. I gave tops to op shop as nobody wanted them - not even for free!
Awful! What i got was completely different from picture. Even color was different. Very bad quality. SCAM 60 dollar waste
The quality of products are not as they are mentioned in their site.Return policy is awfull. You have to pay for the postage to China!.Too expensive.They didnt refund my money back.Please don't buy anythink from this company.
I ordered a linen blend dress on Ruanbay.com and received a cheap polyester dress that had a different fabric, style, patterns and colors. A complete scam! They advertise on their website that they have an "easy return" policy but they don't. They required me, as the customer, to use regular mail to ship back to China. Shipping back cost almost as much as the dress. They were unwilling to do anything to provide an "ease return". They lie and use false names in their emails. This company is definitely not recommended.
Terrible quality could never get anywhere with return- you have to pay shipping costs back to CHINA! They tried to offer me a discount of 15% I wouldn’t pay anything for what they sent me
Absolutely horrible. NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. EXPENSIVE AND THEY MAKE YOU PAY A RETURN SHIPPING FEE TO CHINA. THE PICTURES DO NOT LOOK AT ALL LIKE PRODUCT. ABSOLUTELY WORST PRODUCT AND COMPANY I HAVE EVER HAD EXPERIENCE WITH. THEY ONLY OFFERED A 30% REFUND. -100 I will never buy from them ever again.
Absolutely rubbish clothing. I ordered 2 tops, cotton in XL. I received 2 polyester tops size XXS. Nothing but excuses on the return, offering 25%, then 35% then nothing! Do not buy from Ruanbay or associated companies. I am still waiting on a refund of $68.01usd.
Total Scam. Clothes are different. They will not take returns. Rude and run completely from China. No American help.
This is non trustworthy seller. The products are very poor quality and totally different from the pictures in colors and materials. They mention they accept returns then they ask you to pay the shipping cost and if it reaches them after 15 working days no refund
The item ordered and the item delivered are different. The dress delivered is a cheap print and does not correspond to the picture in any way. The return is limited in time. you will be „overwhelmed“ by conditions and notes „how expensive it is“. Conclusion: More than 50 euros invested for nothing. Keep your hands off it. Somerthing is wrong here.
I didn't purchase anything because as I inspected the website photos closer I noticed that they are all just AI photos. So who knows what you are going to really get if you order something. Zoom in on the crazy hands. That's how you know the photos are fake. It's not ethical to advertise goods without a real photo. Sorry this looks like another scam. Just a warning.
Wasn't the dress shown in picture . Wasn't linen , was cheap polyester. Terrible delivery , terrible return loop holes that basically end up keeping dress and original payment. Scam shop don't buy . No matter what they reply it will be a load of rubbish . Don't buy, don't buy
I think one star is too generous. Picked two gorg supposed to be embroidered cotton dresses. And got something totally different in polyester. Colour stained instead of embroidered. Disgraceful they are not selling what they advertise
