I’m so disappointed bc they put online nice pics about their stuff but it’s a scam. I received very ugly handbag, totally different cheap and unprofessional made it. Don’t buy from them, they’re scammers!!!!!!!
Awful store, false advertising
Awful store, awful products, awful customer service. I ordered a pretty sweater for my daughters birthday. They sent me a horrible screen printing of the sweater onto a shirt, not even sweater material, and blurry, and did not even come close to resembling the sweater they were falsely advertising. They offered for me to return it with insanely high shipping fees, not worth the cost, and we are negotiating the percentage at which they will refund my money. Ridiculous. Don't order from them.

I ordered a”quilted” tote bag that turned out to be cheap nylon rubbish, not quilted at all. It cost over $40 (Australian) and I’d estimate its value to be (maybe) $4.00. What a rip off. Very unhelpful when I complained. There should be a zero star rating here. They do not deserve one!

Do not waste your money. If I could give zero stars I would. They use AI generated images to portray their badly-printed polyester dresses. If something looks too good to be true it probably is.
Disgusting cheap clothing
Disgusting cheap ill fitting clothing. The photos were obviously of the original company and these nasty people did a fake copy of them. They didn't care when I explained I'd passed return date as I was working abroad. Don't touch these people.

I totally had the same experience I ordered a 100% cotton dress and got a 100% polyester dress. Even worse I bought it with PayPal and Paypal did not back me. I would have returned the dress at my cost for shipping. Double ripoff.
This company is a complete scam
This company is a complete scam. I ordered 2 dresses and a shirt but instead of getting linen/cotton, they sent only polyester clothes that was terribly sized and shapeless. You have to send merch back to China that costs at least $60 in shipping. I disputed my charge with Amex and they first sided with Ruanbay but later on Amex credited my account based on the fact that the merch was 100% polyester. It is absolutely not worth buying from them. It is Chinese crap!

I wish I would have checked out this company before I placed an order. As others have indicated, I ordered a "linen" shirt and what came was a really poor quality print stamped on nasty polyester. I ordered the shirt a size larger than usual and and the front of it doesn't even come down to the top of my pants. SAVE YOUR MONEY!
Terrible clothes, No customer service - AVOID
Terrible quality clothes, poorly sized. They bear no resemblance to the photos on the website. NO customer service - no response to direct contact to organise returns - despite being assured this was possible at the point of purchase

SCAM! I ordered a dress and top which were to be linen & cotton. Totally polyester. The fabric felt weird was unable to return them. I don’t even want to give them away. They’re so cheap.
Ruanbay is a Chinese dishonest site
For once I hadn’t checked the webshop , I suffered the consequences. I should have known the dress (although not that cheap since 40 euro) was sold by a Chinese site.(not once the word ‘China’ nor ‘Chinese’ is mentioned in any of their policies nor terms of use nor contact) The dress I had ordered was supposed to be 100% Cotton. It turned out to be 95% polyester and 5% spandex. Neither did the colours match the photo: the white is grey. What a rip off! To get a full refund I had to pay for the shipping costs myself. And what an arrogant customer service! Since I protested that I had to pay for the costs myself, they send me emails proposing 15% refund and after more protest 20% refund not even covering the shipping costs ..still considering me an “honoured client”….what a joke. But I’gave in and took the 20% Big lesson never to loose alertness in shopping online. Chinese don’t seem to trade honestly. Once again decency has been flagrantly violated here.
No exchange or return possible.
I ordered 3 items. 2 are too big, but they will not give me any info on how to exchange. I would not recommend using this company at all. I am now stuck with clothes that I have paid for but cannot wear. Appalling.

Total and utter scam from China . Received a pair of cheap earrings . Wished I read the reviews first . One of the clips on the earring doesn't bend . Knocking these out for 10 cents . The story about closing the shop is a fairytale in order to get you to engage with a stock photo image and feel sorry for Maeve . I requested my money back and they sent a war and peace TOCs in order to put you off , or receive a credit 15% of the price . Been waiting a week for a response and nothing .
Horrible
The blouse was so short it didn't even go to my waist and it was mis sized according to their chart. I tried and tried to get back to them and they offered a 15% refund and never heard again. I've tried and tried to get in touch with them and they won't respond anymore. AWFUL!
GARBAGE
Horrible quality. Polyester, not cotton/linen. Styling is terrible. DO NOT BUY THIS GARBAGE.
