The arrived garment looks nothing like the one purchased. It is an absolute scam. They offered to refund 15% of the purchase price for me to keep the item but it is not what I ordered so what is the point. Also the quality of the item that arrived is rubbish. The fabric quality feels dirt cheap and the zip is broken. I am very disappointed and feel ripped off.
Absolutely worst customer service I have ever dealt with. They told me 3 times my order was delivered but I never received it. They stated they are not responsible for the logistic company that delivers their products. They told me to contact the logistic company directly, which by the way the contact information they provided was located in Chile! And the delivery was to the US. They are only willing to refund me 50 and their reasoning is because they aren’t responsible for the delivery with their logistics provider. That is NOT how you perform online business. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
Very disappointed. The dress I received was nothing like what was advertised online. The photos and description were misleading, and the quality was completely different from what I expected. This feels like false advertising, and I would not recommend purchasing from this seller.

I recognize these "people". Like the last reviewer, I was scammed with cheap POLYESTER tops that looked nothing like the picture. Then they offer half money back and to keep the product that you would not be caught dead in. They keep changing their company name. They are even on Amazon now. BEWARE
Total SCAM. Do not order! I paid for a linnen dress. What I received was cheap polyester and the image was totally fake. It was some kind of “printed image” on a dress. The return would cost a lot. What a shame.

Watch out, this is complete scam. I ordered a cotton working jacket and got something significantly different . Nothing even close to my order, wrong fabric, wrong cut, wrong size,etc. The customerservice is very funny, if you want to return something you have to pay for the returnees ( and probably taxes) and you are not aloud to take a courier that over insurance like TNT, DPD or DHL etc. they also inform you „that your goodies might get lost on the way back!“ This all sounds very strange if not a businessmodel. They also offered me 20% compensation if I want to keep the wrong goods. Okay this is a business model.
Ordered "autumn seaside long sleeved contrasting retro coat and pants set 3ef0, 80% cotton 20% blend. One long coat 95%polyester 5% Spandex in a very different shade arrived. Items did not match photo or description at all!

The only thing that went right is that the order was received within two weeks. I order two linen cotton shift dresses, one white and one natural, with apron pockets, eyelet linen underskirt and cute detailing. I received two cheap polyester slip dresses, identical except for color, Total crap. I've emailed them, but don't hold any hope for customer service.

They show a different picture on there website and when we receive the merchandise it's NOTHING like the picture that we purchased so buyer be ware and im pretty shure they no what there doing if I would of saw there reviews I would of never made a purchased.
