Svedios - Very misleading photos and product…
Very misleading photos and product description for Svedios - Plaid Winter Coat I responded to an advert on Pinterest as the coat looked beautiful and exactly what I was looking for. However, the coat I received is nothing like the photo on their advert. I am still trying to get a refund, but the company are proving to be 'difficult' I've been offered 15%, the 25% of the cost, and told to keep the coat. I believe that the company is being deliberately difficult, even telling me that returns will frequently be 'lost', and so I wouldn't receive a refund! Please beware of this company.
Awful product and customer service
I bought a dress from here. On the picture on their website it looked like velvet from the waist up and a cotton plaid full skirt. What I got was the whole thing in velvet with only a faded pattern of plaid on the skirt. There are no labels on this stating the fabric! Their picture showed a cross over neckline but I got a V neckline. The title of the outfit said embroidery but there was no embroidery around the neck or cuffs just a faded pattern. They gave me loads of reasons why it would be pointless to return for a refund as it would cost me too much etc and made it very complicated to return and offered me only a 15% refund. Disgraceful product and shameful customer service. Daylight robbery.
