Hello Ember, I wanted to reach out to you as the owner of The Spice and Tea Shoppe and make certain that you were satisfied with the level of service and commitment that Samantha provided in tracking down your package that your local US Postal Service office had placed in the incorrect locker. Outstanding customer service is paramount to our business and great reviews let others know that we can be trusted to do right by our customers every time. I believe that our response time was extremely expedient, and your order arrived at your local post office in less than 24 hours for delivery to your address. I believe that it is USPS who is entirely responsible for this delay. We are asking that you please revise your 1- star review you had previously left to reflect the level of customer service, commitment, and products you received directly from The Spice and Tea Shoppe and not from USPS. Thank you and warmest regards, Lindy
