I’m very happy for the “brewtally” reasonable prices. And every time I’m there to order, I’m greeted with a smile, rain or shine! There always seems to be someone in the bathroom, but alas the amnesty is complimentary after all. I still give this place 5 for people and prices.

Always good products
I'm prejudging here because I haven't received my latest order yet, but I've always enjoyed my goodies from The Spice & Tea Shoppe. This time I branched out and ordered some specialty items and am looking forward to trying the pasta, pasta sauce, and bread. I'm a little bummed by no free shipping for Alaska, but I've almost become used to it after two years here!

Never received my package
Never received my package. Was told to file claim with post office. Would expect more after spending $125!!

I believe that our response time was extremely expedient, and your order arrived at your local post office in less than 24 hours for delivery to your address. I believe that it is USPS who is entirely responsible for this delay. This store is an AWESOME find
This is a great find, whether you are shopping online or at the Reno store, perfect for stocking a home pantry and a great selection for gifts! I found the store online when I was in Reno on 10/25/23 so made a point to stop in...the staff were so helpful recommending unique spices and teas. Loved the products so I ordered online for x-mas and the packing and delivery were awesome!

Once again, I’m amazed at the absolute meticulous customer service you offer—I ordered my 4 items on Thursday, received notice they were shipped the same day, and received them Monday! fresh spices, perfect quantity, in bags
I was looking to purchase fresh spices when updating my kitchen pantry. I wanted to purchase small (normal) quantities in bags to fill new matching spice jars. The Spice & Tea Shoppe selection was outstanding and the packaging was perfect! I’ve been telling all of my friends who love to cook to check out the selection!
