Ordered my product a MONTH ago and it hasn't been shipped!! picked this website because it promised shipping dates that were faster than competitors....now it is past valentines day and I am really disappointed that I didn't have my gift ready. Now it feels like my whole order was useless. Please, go elsewhere for service.
I ordered this think hey it’s kinda funny. This corona virus hits and I’m like oh I should just get a refund. I contacted them 3 TIMES FOR HEAVENS SAKE. No reply and when they did they said hi what can I help you with. Now it’s sent and I am out 31 DOLLARS because of this place. Point of the story is THEY SUCK. They don’t check emails they don’t listen to their customers and they certainly don’t care about US health. They could be sending this into the US. No customer service number also. Or if they have one it’s extremely hard to find.
I didnt even want to give the 1 star. i placed my order on 1/20 for a valentines day gift. Today is 2.25 and i still havent received it i will never ever order from here again
Scam of a company! They will take your money, and you'll never receive their order. Their facility will all of a sudden be "closed for upgrading shipping area" and you'll be out the money you spent. Stay away from this company!! They go by several names as well. Santa Socks, My Santa Socks, SantaSocks....
Product never arrived. Ordered weeks ago. Terrible customer service cannot get through to anyone. Do not waste your money!
DO NOT BUY SCAM I ordered 2 products from website 33 days ago. The site they send to track package is in chinese and all tracking stops on jan 1st. It still says in transit. This is a scam do not waste your money. I sent e mail complaining about scam and they said wait a couple more days. This was a week ago.
Never received my package and can not contact company!
I would actually give them zero stars. I am mad i didn’t research better. Never got my package And i ordered on dec. 6th and paid for vip service!! This company is a joke.
