Ordered for Christmas a month ago. Never received order. horrific service would not answer the phone when trying to deal with this. Will never order again. Ridiculous

Great experience
Like others, I read the reviews and was afraid that I would not receive my order. But I received my product on time and it was nicely packaged! Customer service was prompt and understanding. The only issue I had was that the tracking system was not detailed enough and I could not view it from my smartphone. All in all, I’m glad I bought from here and I hope my sister will like her gift!
Very disappointed customer
I made my order over month ago, and my products have been in Chine since end of November.. No christmas present at this year. I am super disappointed. Do not never-ever order anything from here. This is like russian rulet - you maybe got your product or don't.
Total scam
Much like lots of reviewers, made my order in November, my money and socks have been in China since then. Crap responses, total scam. Do not use this company.
Placed order Dec 1
Placed order Dec 1. Arrived in LA customs on Dec 12. USPS tracking number made Dec 13 and they are still waiting for the package. Customer Service has responded with two different answers to the same question. Tomorrow is Xmas eve and still nothing for under the tree 24 days...7-10 business days is a joke. I am out $50. I should have risked COVID and went to the mall!!!

Okay... so I usually don’t write reviews but after all the negative ones I thought I should. I ordered first and then when it was taking longer than expected I started reading reviews and then started PANICKING. I emailed and was pleasantly surprised to get a very fast response from Bonnie with an update. I was shocked after reading everyone wasn’t getting responses. She was super quick and updated me it was taking a bit longer than expected. So I ordered dec 4th and it came in the mail today, the 22nd. We got the funny men’s underwear. I would buy again. They came out really good next time I will just order quite a few weeks before I need. So it is worth it just order ahead. Thank you!!!
Terrible experience
Terrible experience. Ordered in November and contacted the customer service to confirm that I will be receiving my order before Christmas as I was ordering for Christmas presents. Customer service guaranteed that the shipping time is 7-10 days and I don’t need to worry about the reviews posted here claiming packages are delayed since it was only happening during beginning of covid. I started tracking the products and it was somehow stuck in China’s border for 2 weeks - tracker shows it is shipped back and forth from the city to the border due to “security reasons”. I contacted customer service and they instructed to keep checking the tracker. This is now 3 days before Christmas and I have yet to receive my order. Customer service just brushed me off and repeated that “it should only take 7-10 days, just keep checking the tracker”. I am beyond upset to have put my trust in this company. Order from them if you don’t care about when your products will arrive. Update: received products but the quality is horrifying. Got a blanket that looks nothing like the picture submitted. It was supposed to be a bichon and they made the dog yellow/light brown... I don’t wanna bother sending the blanket back as it will take couple months to get delivered again...
Uncertain is socks will ever be delivered
TL;DR: Do not buy from them it is uncertain if the product I paid for will ever be delivered to me after a month of waiting. I ordered socks on November 10th, they said the shipping should be expected to take 8-10 business days. It is now December 18th and the socks are expected to arrive in 8-10 business days. I inquired to them as to why it is taking so long and that if they cannot deliver them in a timely manner I do not want them. I was responded with I should not be worried that they are over a month late. This is completely unacceptable, instead of helping me understand why it is taking so long they dismiss my concerns flippantly is what tells me they do not care about offering a product or building a business they just want your money upfront.
A huge joke
A huge joke. I ordered in November and it’s obviously one week to Christmas and nothing.. I wish I did more research. I have gotten no updates and the customer service reps have yet to respond. This product comes from Hong Kong so keep that in mind when ordering. I have a feeling the product will never arrive. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.
Not Legit. Avoid
Ordered on 28 November and paid for express delivery to ensure arrival before Christmas. Tracking updates reflect from CHINA on 4 December and no further. Website all set up as a UK website. Contacted them via email only to receive a generic its on the way 5 to 8 business days,which will be after Christmas. Scam stay away
Unacceptably slow shipping, no updates.
Ordered December 8, not realizing they were coming from Hong Kong. The status says "Tracking number created" for almost three weeks now with no other update. Already missed Christmas. Now it's looking like we'll miss New Year's as well. Update: The socks came. They look good, but haven't put them on yet. Shipping was agonizingly slow. Anybody that wants to order from them, better do it TWO MONTHS ahead of time. Upgrading to 2 stars because the socks are cute.
Better Than Expected
I just received my order made on Nov 27th and they are actually better than expected. I did not do my research before and was very concerned after I ordered and looked at the reviews. I also did not notice that they were coming from overseas so I was worried about delivery but 3 weeks makes sense to me at this time of year and condition of the world currently. I only gave a 4 since my only concern will be washing them as I hope they don't shrink or fade too much. Otherwise I am pleasantly surprised!

Poor Packaging and Customer Service
I was excited to surprise my wife with personalized socks. The US postal service delivered a torn corner of the package with no socks. I sent pictures to customer service but they only claim the package was delivered. Shame on USPS and shame on SantaSocks for not packaging the product in a better envelope. They could have had a return customer...
