Unfortunately when I purchased the new camera was trying to buy in pounds but at checkout it went back to dollars so by the time it is converted it was more expensive. Think it might be issue with web site. Great product for my drainage company though.
Very trustworthy and reliable. Honour the guarantee and quick despatch. 5 stars all day
Fast shipping and good after-sales service. Customer service Lisa was very patient in solving my problems. I really like the model she recommended to me. Recommend Sanyipace
The camera is in very good condition, the delivery was also perfect on time. Thanks for everything 👌
I have only had the opportunity to use my new camera once. I purchased one of the basic very small units whit no bells or whistles. It was very helpful on that drain call in locating the issue and determining the overall drain condition. If the camera seems to be durable i may consider a bigger model with more useful features. OHH and the customer service answered atleast 7 eamils worth of questions which really helped me make a decision!
I haven’t received my merchandise yet and it’s been almost 3 weeks. Last I checked it was still in Hong Kong.
Hi, Ridiculous service First of all, I'm very sorry to keep you waiting. I have urgently urged the logistics company to transport the package quickly. The date you leave a review is the second week of purchase. You are purchasing a pre-sale product and will have to wait a week for shipping to be scheduled. Also, due to Thanksgiving, Black Friday, and Cyber Monday sales, UPS has a large number of packages being held up, so shipping times will be a little slower than usual. Even though we choose the most expensive and fastest shipping method, we still have no control over the speed of shipping. Except for the large promotions that cause packages to be held up, our usual shipping speed is very fast and guaranteed to be delivered within 3-7 days. Sincerely apologize for the bad shopping experience caused by delayed packages! Best Day, Lisa!
not very happy my sewer camera locator receiver never stop charging even after three days still charging just never turn green light. pay $1200.00 that's not good. update Sanyipace will replace my damage locator receiver sonde under warranty. Once received and work good I will post 5 star.
Hi, Wayne I'm so sorry for your confusion about sewer cameras and locator charging. Please check out my explanation below, Sewer Camera: It is red when charging and turns green when fully charged. If your charger doesn't turn green, please tell me and I will replace it for you. Locator: It is red when charging and will not turn green when fully charged. To check whether it is fully charged, look at the battery indicator grid. A full grid means it is fully charged. At this time, you can unplug the charger. If it is not full, it means it needs to be charged. If this charger doesn't turn green, don't worry, it's not damaged. sincere thanks! Sanyipace
As can be seen from the title, I was very satisfied with the pre-sales assistance, as not knowing the equipment to purchase I had to ask many questions. The responses were always quick and comprehensive. Speaking of prices, I must say that I searched a lot online and offline but I didn't really find better prices, thanks Sanyipace. Shipping times in Europe are good as they also have European warehouses. Ultimately I consider Sanyipace a reliable company.
Bought S8417 set from sanyipace homepage. Quick delivery (3 days to Germany). Device works and looks rugged and reliable. Will test it under live conditions the next days.
Good company to do business with, Honoured 12 month guarantee at no expense to myself after issue with battery even after 11 months. That good I’m purchasing another. Thank you.
Your support is the biggest motivation for Sanyipace to move forward. sincere thanks!
Nice camera operation good
We ordered a camera system and it was exactly as described
They reply to emails fast and without confusion. Everything came as expected and the camera works great.
Overall the camera performs well the part seemed good quality however they interface on the screen is outdated and not customer friendly or user friendly it also does not connect to the keyboard which would be a tremendous help to update time and date and other features such as selection of the playback videos or pictures. A more modern screen even with touch screen would be a huge improvement I would like to see this type of upgrade in the future.
Felix, Thank you very much for your comments. We are constantly developing more advanced products. As you said, the touch screen is a more advanced screen. We have completed the research and development of this advanced screen and will officially sell it on the website before October 15th. It has a full range of functions and I hope you will like it.
Camera and locator work great. Good picture on the screen. Case holds everything nicely. Came in 2 days!!!!
Order was delivered within just a few days of purchase.
Very quick delivery and a good quality camera
My experience has been excellent. I did have an issue with my unit, but the issue was quickly resolved and I was very satisfied with the resolution.
