My company uses the S610ASMKTCP sewer camera for several services we offer. The camera has been working great until recently. We started having some issues with the video not coming up on the screen. I bought a new camera head thinking that was the issue, but it still wouldn't work. I reached out to Sanyipace for troubleshooting and due to several factors, a replacement was needed. We ended up being a little outside of our warranty but this company was generous enough to go ahead and honor a replacement. I appreciate their prompt response on this matter and their great customer service. Getting the replacement will help us continue to serve our customers. I've had the S830ASMKT-9C-50M sanypac camera for awhile now and the camera is amazing, video recording a and the locator are super easy to use. Also what surprised me was when my camera head broke while pulling back out my camera from a drain, there service department answered me back right away and sent a new head uder warrany.
I got my second camera S5517DC for smaller diameter drains works just as good, im excited to continuing working with sanyipace for all drain inspecting and looking forward to see what they have in the future
Customer support was great on getting back to me and helping me with troubleshooting and finding what I need for my camera. Camera works great and it also works great with our locator.
Our Company uses cameras regularly and decided to try a Sanipace and have been very satisfied with the quality and clear picture from the camera. we have also been able to camera 2" pipe and make it through bends which we couldn't do with other cameras. It is also very easy to carry around. You can also get a response from them when you need them.I would highly recommend this camera. It's the Sewer Camera S860DSTKM.

I purchased a sanyipace camera several months ago and have carried out multiple sewer line inspections for customers. Many of them have commented about how clear the picture is. The reel is also extremely easy to use feeding the camera through the line and then reeling it back up. This is a great product
I recently purchased A Sanyipace scope camera and I ma surprised with the quality so far. Very happy with it after a month. My Only critisisim was the time it took to receive it. the website advertised something il 8-12 day but it to maybe double that. but a list when i contact them they answered quickly.

Ordered a camera head cover July 30 and it's now August 11th and I still haven't received it. They advertise 3-7 day delivery or whatever but it takes 2 weeks to get certain parts, very frustrating..... I've lost a bit of work because of it. They didn't inform me it was going to take longer than the 3-7 days. It finally arrived August 20th, when I ordered it July 30th. Takes 3 weeks I guess.

Camera works great used twice already. Cable push strength is excellent. Web site was a little confusing or unfamiliar (user friendly) to get the correct package. If you need the locator wand make sure it is highlighted. Either way the wand will arrive in a day or so. Not a problem
Sanyipace was quick to respond to my problems when I cracked the lense on my camera. They replaced it free of charge, not even charging me for shipping on the replacement parts. I also broke the coil line trying to get into a tight corner of the sewer line I was scoping. When I told them that I was trying to get my house back on the market to sell, they immediately upgraded the shipping of the parts at no charge.
Sanyipace is here for the long haul with their great quality, affordable pricing and after the sale service that simply cannot be topped. Thanks again to everyone at Sanyipace and especially to Aimee, the service manager, for all the help and friendly support. This is the type of service we should expect, but far too many times is lacking.
I purchased the Sanyipace S8951DM after discussion with Sanipace staff. The unit is well constructed, easy to use and produces great images. The instructions are clear. I used the unit to inspect a sewer with many connections, old cast iron pipe and newer PVC. I was able to inspect to 48' without difficulty. The onscreen distance is a great feature. The images when viewed on a computer are even better than when viewed on the unit itself. Staff were very helpful and prompt in response, taking into account the time zone difference. I have used the unit several times without fail.
