THE SOFTWARE DOES MORE THAN WHAT IS PROMISED AND THE ONLINE SUPPORT IS VERY GOOD ONLY REGRET IS IT UNABLE TO DO SOME BASIC INVENTORY FOR DRINKS STOCK AND UNABLE TO LEAVE FLOATING CASH FOR NEXT DAY OPENING BALANCE

Great Experience to date. Our Experience with Sapaad has been great. The product is nice and their support team is incredibly supportive and responsive. Sapaad is user-friendly, has very minimal IT headaches, and has a support team always available for technical support. We are satisfied with Sapaad features and support.

Needed more options such as User Apps ( android / IOS ) and more customised Online Ordering Platform...like all in one POS solution, so that you dont need to go anywhere else for certain functionalities. Some important functionalities that we are looking is as follows - - Customized Online Ordering - which can be linked directly to the website - Website and Online ordering platform - directly offered from your site. - Apps - IOS & Android - as per the website. - Customized Loyalty and Discounting system. - Feedback system. the limitations on the above makes us to look for other applications / softwares. Hopefully you can come up with an All in One application ( one key turn solution ), so that is easily manageable. Thanks

17 years in the FNB business haven't seen a better product than SAPAAD. The after sales and support is incredible.

We have tried different softwares in Dubai, but found Sapaad to be the most staff-friendly and cost-effective overall. Their 24/7 support typically solves 99% of the requests.

Sapaad has generally been very useful and helpful in their approach to their customers, often going out of their way to assist out of hours for critical issues. I would like to see the POS be developed further for enhanced user experience especially at the back end.
