Buying/working with Sava & the customer support team has been nothing short of stellar. Lemme say this again, THEIR SEVICE HAS BEEN NOTHING SHORT OF STELLAR! The ordering process was simple, easy, and literally straight forward. Just know your measurements to match with the right size bike. Now for the real experience, I reached out to the supper team initially to ask about a “missing” bottle cage. That’s when I met Gary. FYI, if Gary’s managers see this, give him a raise, he was friggin awesome! Gary quickly assured me that the bottle cage wasn’t missing but was coming in another shipment separately. He was super down to earth and calming, which is appreciated. I told Gary about any findings out of the box, like slight brake rub on my front rotor, my front brake pistons not retracting, and asked about a possible missing axle cap for my rear wheel. Once again, Gary had the right answers and explained in depth the situation. No missing cap, simple design difference in the front vs. rear, and for the brake rub & brake pistons he suggested I take it to a proper bike shop to have it checked out, and they would cover it. WHAT?!?! Now THAT is great customer service. Throughout this process, Gary asked me how I was doing, about the ride, how I’m feeling, just being an all around caring person. Gary was dope! 5 solid stars from me!

This experience with purchasing the Sava bike has been great. I went with four stars mostly due to the quality of the handlebar tape. It was worn right out of the box and has only gotten worse. The bike was packed well and the assembly went ok. There could've been a little better instructions or pictures. More detail perhaps.i flubbed mounting the handlebars. I am, for the most part, happy with the purchase. I would give 4.5 stars.

Sava’s customer service is great, they respond promptly and are very attentive to our needs. I accidentally ordered the wrong size, so I emailed to change my order, and the representative ensured I was getting the right size

Absolutely the WORST customer…

Absolutely the WORST customer experience of my life. After the item arrived to me severely damaged, the shipping protection I paid for would not cover me, and the seller would not let me return the item. It took WEEKS to come to an agreement- and still was unable to return the item for a full refund. I was lucky enough that someone wanted to purchase the item from me as is, and Sava only returned the difference. BEWARE- unless you want an item that arrives to you damaged with no resolution.

I purchased the SAVA A7l Pro 105 R7120 Full Carbon Road Bike 24sp. I can truly say that I LOVE this bike. It's very light and fast. When you want to go fast on the flat or going up hill, it responds immediately no hesitation. I will be purchasing another SAVA bike very soon. You have a customer for life.

Quality and price!

The bike is really amazing for the price. Customer service is decent as they responded quickly when I had a small issue with damage during shipping.

The bike was damaged during shipping

The bike was damaged during shipping. .I purchased the additional shipping insurance, but instead of a return and replacement, the SAVA supporting people wanted to repair the bike, which was rather challenging for someone who is not hands-on to go through this process...I spend almost a full month making multiple trips to a local bike ship during the process...at the end, SAVA paid all the repair costs.

SLR-8 Blade

There was shipping damage to the box and subsequently a missing part. I contacted the company and had a replacement part shipped within days. I had a custom fit after I had the bike so modifications could be made (primarily wider and raised handlebars). The handlebars drop quite a bit which works for some people but not for me. The bike shop was impressed with quality of parts for the price. I've had several compliments on the bike. I love the ride of the bike and recommend a fitting. The cost of a fitting and modifications still comes below a big name carbon fiber bike. I've put 400 miles on it in the last 6 weeks.

SAVA Blade SLR7-105 Di2 Full Carbon Road Bike (Great Buy)

I recently purchased the SAVA Blade SLR7-105 Di2 Full Carbon Road Bike (24-speed) in frame size 48. I'm 171 cm tall, and the size fits me very well. The bike was ordered from Norway and shipped to Norway. The delivery time was reasonable, the bike arrived well packaged, and everything was in good condition. Assembly was straightforward, with most of the bike already pre-assembled, making the final setup quick and easy. The quality exceeded my expectations for the price. The frame, finish, and overall build quality feel premium, and the Shimano 105 Di2 groupset performs flawlessly. It is genuinely a lot of bike for the money. To ensure everything was set up perfectly, I took the bike to a professional bike fitter. The fitter was very impressed with the bike's frame quality, geometry, and component specification. He gave the bike a lot of praise and commented that it was an outstanding purchase and exceptional value compared to many well-known brands that cost significantly more. After several rides, I can confidently say that the SAVA Blade SLR7-105 Di2 has been a fantastic buy. For riders looking for a full-carbon road bike with electronic shifting, excellent performance, and great value, I highly recommend it.

Beautiful bike but the rear derailleurs…

Beautiful bike but the rear derailleurs was damaged in transit. After 3 months waiting I was not about to send it back. A little disappointed about that. Otherwise is a nice bike.

Excellent Purchase!

Awesome bike, everything was top notch. Had one issue with a chain break, but after contacting the SavaDeck Team, they refunded the cost of the replacement chain and the labor to have it replaced, couldn’t ask for more than that!

SAVA A7 Pro

Overall very satisfied with SAVA A7 Pro for the price. I've only encountered two issue with the bike. The rear tire locked up during a hot windy 80 mile ride and the tire cords started breaking around 900 miles. Luckily the tires did blow out.

Service was fantastic

Service was fantastic, bike is amazing, but I am dissapointed that I cannot buy the extra parts I need to raise the handlebars. I need about three of the extra handlebar stem clips / Spacers, to raise the handlebars, & I cannot buy them individually. This would be a real problem if for any reason I lost one performing bike maintenance or takedown for shipping or travel.

Purchasing a road bike today has become a very expensive task. I searched up and down that would work for me but within my wives budget. I have no idea how I landed on Sava, but I did. I reviewed the bikes and pricing and like many I am sure they wondered how they could be this cost-effective? After many hours of research on Sava I decided it was worth the gamble. Love the bike, sure it could have things a bit more upgraded, but easy to replace. Very satisfied with shipping, condition of bike just wish instructions were a bit more in-depth.
