Worst customer service ever
Worst customer service ever! I ordered a dress on the 9th and paid around 30$ for expedited shipping which takes 3-7 days it’s been more than 11 days now with the dress still in China! Even though I have messaged them before regarding this issue they didn’t do anything! Asked them to refund me my expedited shipping fees cause obviously I didn’t get that service they said they can’t do that. I do not recommend ordering from their website.

The Blazer was well made
The Blazer was well made, classy material almost had a tuxedo feel. I need to return for a larger size. I’m a true size 12 and I ordered a large it was tight on my arm and chest. I’m 5’8 and 185 pounds. I recommend sizing up.

Scam Scato.com popped up on my IG I ordered a dress 12 weeks ago, It is still not here. Yea the dresses are pretty and you say it’s worth a shot, I googled the business and seen there were some good reviews I’m convinced they are not legit. I’m sure it’s the company keeping up with their scams don’t fall for it keep ur money !

Do not buy! 2 weeks in and still haven't gotten my order, You can't track it either. The chat bot sends you a link to track but you can only view it once and never again. I repeat DO NOT PURCHASE. It's a SCAM!

Do not trust!!! I made an order of a few items. I never received them!!! I must of emailed them 10X and they do answer a day or later and gave me tracking that doesn’t work. When I called the shipping company they didn’t recognize the tracking number . 3 months later I still not have my cloths.

DON’T BUY!! If you buy it, I would suggest to make sure you’ll keep it or else the return process will be annoying and may cost more than what you paid for. I bought a dress(Nov. 6) and yes it came in (Nov. 17), the material alright. It was only a tad bit better than SHEIN quality but also not that different. However, I didn’t like how the dress looked on me because it was much more loose fitting than I would have liked. I contacted them for a return and refund, but got completely ghosted. The AI chat has also stopped responding to me. They have the worst refund and return policy like a scammer. I would not recommend this brand, because I spent about 50$ on a dress that was low quality for the price. Scacto, do better on your customer service and fix your return and refund policy. EDIT MUST READ So coincidentally after I wrote this review, I got an email finally regarding return information(Nov. 29). However, I was surprised to find out the inter. shipping cost to China would be $200 for an an around $50 dress at UPS (Dec 3).

Order is taking forever to deliver
I ordered a Jean Vest on Oct 27th and I have yet to get it delivered. I ordered it at that time for a Concert on the 16th of Nov and I’m worried it won’t get here in time. I’m not happy with Scacto.

Both outfits are the same size. One was completely smaller than the other. Aside from that good quality material.

If I could give them no stars. I will. Their customer service and their cheap outfits do not deserve a one star. The fabric is cheap and terrible. It looks nothing like the picture.
