While we cannot speak to another company's production schedule, we remain committed to fulfilling every order as efficiently as possible. Our advertised production timeline is approximately four weeks (one month), plus shipping time. Please note that all ship dates are estimates, particularly during periods of high seasonal demand, and the end of the school year is our peak production season. In the case of your order, we received it on April 24th, which placed the estimated delivery date at May 29th. According to UPS tracking information, the package was delivered on the next business day, June 1st. We apologize if the timing felt delayed and want to assure you that we make every effort to meet our estimated timelines and minimize any delays. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
