The books came out beautifully! The students were so excited to see their work published like professional authors. Initially shipping was going to take a long time, but after contacting customer service it was pushed up and students received their books before expected and before school let out. Thank you for bringing magic to writing!
Thank you!
All of the online information, instructions, and helpful tips made my experience flow smoothly! However, the staff was my "saving grace" because I made a huge mistake when returning my pages, and they caught it before it went to print! I'm so thankful they reached out not only by email, but by phone to make sure everything was correct! Y'all are the BEST!
Thank you for choosing us!
These books are FANTASTIC quality, and well worth the price. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!
Thank you!
Overall, I had a great experience. The process was smooth, the communication was excellent, and the team answered all of my questions clearly. The experience also inspired me to explore new ideas to help develop my students' creativity. My only concern is the quality of the book. It feels a little fragile when it is opened completely, so I worry about how well it will hold up with frequent use. Other than that, I am very satisfied with my experience and would recommend it.
Thank you for your feedback! We're happy to hear that the process was easy to follow and sparked new ways to encourage your students’ creativity. We also appreciate your thoughts on the books durability. Our use of stitched binding, hardback covers and durable glossy pages are designed to last years of use. Thank you again for your recommendation and for choosing us. We truly appreciate your support and wish you and your students all the best!
The kids loved making the books. The families loved looking at the books! Can't wait to do it again next year
Thank you!
The kit was helpful, but the example book I got was different then the board sequence you want the book pages to look like. I got confused and asked questions but the answer was not clear. Quick responses when I sent an email, which was nice.
tHAT ITS EASY YO BUT TO GETHER AND VERY INFORMATIVE ON THE STEPS TO PUBLISH FOR FAMILIES.
Thank you!
Easy ordering process and the books came out great!
Thank you!
Wonderful product! Have been using this company to publish our class stories for years. Timely delivery and always happy with results.
Thank you!
Publishing made simple!
The books turned out fantastic! The only concern I had was the delay of receiving them. They were supposed to arrive the last week of May before school got out and they did not arrive until June 12th. The parents then had to go pick them up from the front office instead of me just being able to send them home in bookbags… Overall, the books turned out awesome, but the turn around time was frustrating.
Thank you for your feedback, we are happy to hear that your books turned out great! A member of our team will be reaching out to you directly to go over our production schedule and share recommendations on how to help prevent delays on future projects. We appreciate you trusting School Mate to publish your keepsake and look forward to working with you again in the future!
This was my first experience publishing a class book. Your website was very user friendly. I loved how easy it was for families to purchase copies of our book online. When I had a question about ordering information, I was able to speak with someone and get a quick answer. Overall, I am very pleased with my first experience of using School Mate Publishing!
Thank you!
Product came out great! All templates were easy to access. Creation, submission, ordering and parent communication were easy. Actual delivery of product took MUCH longer than estimated. Little to no communication about delay in printing/delivery. Reached out several times for an update.
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We're thrilled to hear that you were happy with the finished books and found the process easy to navigate. We apologize for the longer-than-expected production time. While we always strive to meet our estimated ship dates, production times can fluctuate due to the high volume of classroom book projects being processed during our peak season. Your feedback is greatly appreciated! If you would like to provide your Class ID or order number, we would be happy to review the account and provide additional insight into the delay. Thank you for allowing us to be part of such a special project for your students and families. We appreciate your patience and look forward to working with you again in the future.
The books look amazing, as always! Thank you for the opportunity for my students to become "published authors"!
Thank you!
The book came out perfect and we loved it. The only thing was the shipping timing it said we would get it by the end of the school year but we didn’t and when I called they said that is just an estimated time. So the kids had to wait until the beginning of the school year to get the book.
Thank you for your wonderful review! We're so glad to hear that you and your students loved the finished product. We sincerely apologize that the books arrived after the school year ended. While we always strive to meet our estimated ship dates, production times can fluctuate due to the high volume of classroom book projects being processed during our peak season. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding, and we're honored to have been part of creating such a special keepsake for your class. We look forward to working with you again in the future!
Amazing customer service!!!! This was my first time ordering and I did it fully online. The books came out beautifully!
Thank you!
It took way too long to receive the books that families from my class ordered! Shipping dates were pushed back making it even longer.
Easy, fast and great quality!
Thank you!
My preschoolers created individual artwork and then I added important photos for families to remember important times throughout our school year. The quality and the ease of putting this together and ordering was excellent.
Thank you!
