A member of our team will be reaching out to you directly to gather additional information and work toward a resolution. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to make this right. BEST EVER
This is one of the most straightforward, rewarding, and cry-inducing things I've ever done with my class. Thank you, School Mate Publishing, for bringing the joy of reading and writing to classrooms and memories that last a lifetime.

We always appreciate hearing from our customers and strive to provide the best possible experience. While we cannot speak to another company's production schedule, we remain committed to fulfilling every order as efficiently as possible. Our advertised production timeline is approximately four weeks (one month), plus shipping time. Please note that all ship dates are estimates, particularly during periods of high seasonal demand, and the end of the school year is our peak production season. In the case of your order, we received it on April 24th, which placed the estimated delivery date at May 29th. According to UPS tracking information, the package was delivered on the next business day, June 1st. We apologize if the timing felt delayed and want to assure you that we make every effort to meet our estimated timelines and minimize any delays. Thank you for your patience and understanding. We hope your students are enjoying their books!

The ONLY thing I wish was different was that parents could order after the fact for the same price. Everything else was great, especially Customer Service!! I had to call once and email once and had great, immediate and helpful answers. My students and families love our book!!

My package arrived after school ended. I called the week before and was told it should ship Monday, but then when I called that Thursday it still hadn’t shipped.

Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We sincerely apologize that your books arrived after the school year had ended and understand how disappointing that was for both you and your students. During our peak season from March through June, production times can fluctuate due to the high volume of classroom projects being processed, and unfortunately your order extended beyond the expected time frame. We truly value your feedback and will continue working to improve communication and transparency during our busiest season.

Great Experience!
This was my first time using School Mate, and I loved how I could personalize it more than other publishing companies I've tried. The communication was great, and I loved being able to upload everything, and even edit!
