I orderd an item that it was not stated as "out of stock" , after contacting the support through livechat they said that "there is no stock now if we have stock, we will process it" I told them to reverse the webmoney payment and it was not my fault . they reversed it to seagm points which i dont need. I insisted to get my money back they said that they will have to wait three days to process your refund Professionally they should take responsibility for not stating that item is out of stock. After insisting in live chat they closed it on my face . Order No. C24668978 Edit : refund recieved next day , stars changed from 1 to 3 .

Wow seriously, these guys are no different than OffGamers, they do not refund even with evidence from the Game Support that they sold a used code. How dare you say it was VALID when the game support evidently shared that the code was redeemed THREE DAYS before my purchase. Edit: They refunded the amount, I appreciate it, thank you. But I am not sure if they would if I hadn't been persistent and independently consulted the Game Support to counter their findings that presumably it was "valid" (since initially, I had a bad experience with a previous case and unable to verify with the game).

Code purchased, put into the Switch and told it’s not a valid code. Verified with Nintendo, it’s not a code that was already used, it’s not even formatted like their codes, they assume it was just made up on the spot. Update. After their response they refunded my purchase in store credit, and I was able to use it on something else. Frustrating that it took so long to get it refunded, and that the first thing I tried to purchase didn’t work. I probably won’t shop from again, but I would no longer discourage others from trying.

I was a first buyer and I didn't get a good service since I purchased a gift card and the code couldn't be redeemed. And I was needed to file a complaint but it really took so much time. And I had to complaint to the other platforms first until they speed up my pending report. I also checked it with Google play support specialist to help me. And turned out my code couldn't be found on their system. Just imagine you are a first buyer, expecting your gift card to get this issue. Of course I would think it's a fake code. After a whole week waiting and just after I complaint on other platform, they soon fixed it. And it turned out a typo code. That was so unprofessional and dangerous. I was giving a 1 star because of the unprofessional treatment of the customer service live chat and admin support and also the slow handling. But since they finally gave me a correct code I gave them 2 star. Because it's really an unpleasant experience buying here. Could be better so you won't lose customers.
