I don't know how well the service works if you are able to access it, but I cannot use it. First I tried to pay via PayPal and my payment was rejected to which the chat person replied (in terrible English) that the amount I wanted to buy was too high for PayPal. Second, I use my bank account and it again doesn't work since my verified phone number is from a different country than my bank account. Why they have that rule, I do not know.

I've bought 3 Google Play Gift Cards so far from here, they're legit and it works. The customer service is good. They've always helped me with my transactions well and quickly. Though whenever I do a payment through bank transfer I'd need to confirm that to the live service people. It would be nice if there was an easier way to do this without it being as tedious.
