I Definitely like the communication between you and sea-gull, the response time is very quick when you send a email. The watch came in very fast from the time I placed the order and came in as expected, fantastic timepiece to add to your collection or even getting into watches. One thing to mention they did forget to package the spring bar tool to replace the straps but, they were very kind enough and communitive via email to let me know that they did forget to package it. Other than that very good customer service & product!

Han dynasty watch
I wanted to buy watches that are Chinese PRC in manuf. origin, ( like the Soviet watches of Raketa)and found the Sea-gull brand and its history. While most watches have European-style designs, I was only interested in designs that reflect the Chinese culture and bought the 'Han dynasty' watch. Apart from my opinion about the back case, the design was well thought out and the hardware seems solid. Overall, I hope the brand designs more watches that reflects the 中華民族, be it history, ethnic, military or modern.

Was worried of it being fake as heard from many that there are many fakes online. But received exactly the same as the one that I see in the store from the box, watch finishing and everything. Customer service was more than wonderful, they help you along the way if you want engraving or not and if the item is safe til destination. More than happy to recommend this website to anyone.
