Considering it came from the other side of the world. The watch itself was great. Solid product. People need to explore more outside the typical Swiss watches and give this brand a chance. I had a excellent experience with Sea Gull, the watch arrived 1/2weeks ago and looks great. Only thing that could have made it a 5 star is the name of the WhatsApp contact, his name was Alex and I’m sure his name isn’t Alex, most European that order Sea Gull are experienced watch fans, and know that too, so you don’t have to make his name Alex. But overall a great experience, thanks tho Alex.

The watch i ordered was New Youth "May 1st" Reissue Edition Watch, when i saw the color combinations i was not holding back to order it. when i ordered the watch i was meet with a Email from the VIP section. here i was meet with amazing customer service for the planning on the engraving. even when sickness struck at the firm, they were nice to tell me that it will be 2 days later, didn't even felt that. when it came to shipping, i was facing some issue where i had to move, so i was afraid that the watch would be sent to my old adresse. but when i contacted the VIP support to hear if it would be possible to change adresse in the last second, they did not waver. i got my watch in a reasonable time, about a week, no damages, the full product was there with extras. i am happy for the service and product i got out of Seagull, and i hope other have the same good experience, as i did

This is a beautiful watch and it is exactly what I was expecting; the only thing I am a little disappointed is about the box. To be a limited edition the box should have been fancier. Nevertheless, I recommend this watch.
