Very good communication from Seagull throughout the order to delivery process. Really nice quality watch, a classic and a conversation piece. I haven’t seen the cheaper versions of the 1963 from other companies but this looks like it’s worth the premium.

Purchasing experience

I bought the Seagull 1963 Reissue Sapphire Display Case Back Limited Edition watch and was surprised to be offered the option to select a preferred limited number from a list of numbers. This is an extra service which I did not expect and was pleasantly impressed by it. The delivery packaging was adequate and was delivered promptly without any damage. I found your Seagull team to be friendly, helpful and responsive. Overall this was a pleasant purchase and I liked the watch.

A genuine special piece for every watch collector

The wait was longer than expected. They replied to my inquiry and explained the situation. They also offered free engraving and my choice on serial number. I received my watch and I am happy. The winding is a bit more pleasant than the sugess version. The cream dial is very nice. I have a blue leather nato and it matches the blue hands very well. It’s a keeper.

Fantastic timepiece and customer service!

I'm very pleased with the 1963 limited edition sapphire caseback watch i just received. I was one of the early buyers and received excellent communication about when the watch would be ready to ship. The workmanship and function are excellent. The domed sapphire crystal and the beautifully engraved movement set it apart from any other similar watches. The high quality padded travel case will ensure that this watch will be with me on my journeys. The expedited shipping was very impressive. I was able to follow the watch's jouney from Tianjin to my doorstep in record time. I'm very proud to be the owner of this excellent timepiece from China.

Good Service

Your staff gave respond to every buyer is a good thing. I expect that you also give any buyer free returns for repair if the watch has problems during the warranty period. You should tell your government to respect the consumers when we return every single item.

Very good contact with Seagull. I was kept up to date on every stage of preparation and shipping of my watch. At my request, they provided me with several photos of my watch - before packing. I had the impression that I was exchanging information with a private person!!! The watch arrived to me 3 days before the initially scheduled time. The entire journey from China to Poland took 4 days!!

Good Watches

I buy Chinese products because I am Chinese. Seagull Watch is a famous brand and this company is making good quality watches, and I think it's my responsibility to deal with my people. Now I own all three 1963 watches.

My 1963 watch doesn't work

My 1963 watch doesn't work. The chronograph simply won't reset. I sent emails to the "need help" box with video, and unfortunately I haven't received any response from Seagull. I feel frustrated with the situation so far. It's a piece engraved with my name, my first Seagull, and I would like to receive appropriate help for my case. Please respond with love, because it is with love that I expect.

Great company and product

Fast and friendly communication. Item is just as promised with super fast shipping thanks to DHL Express and a quick order fulfilment by Seagull. The watch strap did not disappoint, which it thought it might, good quality, nice and supple. Dial is rich in texture and finishing, not to forget the colors. Keeps accurate time as it should. The watch feels nice on the wrist, has a balanced heft to it. Will be keeping an eye for future releases!

The products are well described, the shopping experience is seamless, the shipping was almost immediate and done in a way that avoided issues with custom services. Both watches are great, good packaging, attention to detail. All in one huge value for money. The only thing I would change is that it would be nice to be able to buy spare straps from the website, especially for the Han Dynasty model

Excellent service

Excellent service. Half an hour after I bought the watch I got a message from the Seagull representative asking if I would like an engraving. Several days later the watch was delivered by DHL. Great watch, exactly what I wanted.
