The watch was different & more innovative than most of my other watches, represented good value, was well packed & arrived quickly. Customer service was also very good. Horology Planet - now my go-to platform for high quality Chinese watches (that will soon overtake Japanese watches) – is great, offers good variety and is very professionally run, unlike some Chinese watch companies like Fiyta that seem to be run by shambolic muppets. I highly recommend Horology planet.

I have well over a dozen Seagull Watches in my collection and have given at least five way to friends and relatives.. Seiko is the oldest (established in 1955) watch manufacturer in China and produces superb movements right up to tourbillons and multiple other demanding complications BUT at prices far lower than that Swiss Watches. The Lucky Harvey chiming watch and the Owl watch that recently arrived were unique, innovative different & represented pretty good value. They came very well packed & arrived quickly. Customer service was also very good & kept me updated throughout the delivery process. Horology Planet - now my go-to platform for high quality Chinese watches including Sea-gull (that will soon overtake Japanese watches) – is great, offers good variety and is very professionally run, unlike some Chinese watch companies like Fiyta that seem to be run by shambolic muppets. I highly recommend Horology Planet.

The watch is amazing, could watch it all day long, the shipment was fine as well. Irecommand to purchase this brand. The ratio quality/price is formidable.

I bought a SeaGull ocean Star and had a crack next to the dial below the crystal they apologized and offered an exchange watch I could easily send the watch for free back and then got the replacement watch where this time the bracelet was a QC nightmare with ugly spots and u finished parts first order where definitely better after writing the support again hey just the bracelet isn't any good could I get a new bracelet or just return the watch because I'm disappointed for 480$ they then ghosted me even wrote from new email them not a single response

I have over a dozen Sea-gull watches & they are all robust, reliable and well finished. Sea-Gull is the oldest established Chinese Watch brand and carries a rich legacy of movements and models. My latest, however, (World Time) though very good looking with a nice canvas-textured strap which nicely complements the watch, (due to its relatively small size) had names of the countries (time zones) that are almost illegible to old eyes without a loupe. Sea-gull offers FREE ENGRAVING on the case back - this is value-adding differentiation and is particularly good when the watches are being purchased as gifts. Watch always arrive well packed and delivery is fast. For a quality watch, Sea-gull offers great value for money.

My first real tourbillon watch
I wanted a real tourbillon watch and, while I do not want to spend the money for a Swiss one, I found that Sea-Gull uses good quality materials and produces a real tourbillon mechanism. I went for the simplest one Upon receiving the watch, I can say that the product is solid quality and that the delivery process was very fast. Only thing that I would like improved is the length of the strap.. While the strap is fine for most people, my wrist is 8 inches (20.3cm) in circumferences and, while the strap can handle it, it can barely do so. Offering a longer strap as an option would make it possible to fit better larger individuals.
