Deserves a kudos for his abilities. The Seagull watch is a beauty. I was very impressed with the packaging for shipping, the wooden box in which the watch was housed in, the presentation of the watch and above all the quality is simply outstanding. I am very excited and thrilled with my purchase from Seagull. I am already on a lookout for my second Seagull which will go through Alex again.

shipment tracking was a little cumbersome, as the EMS website is hard to navigate. Otherwise, the purchase experience is alright.

Excellent product good price, express delivery from China. D519.405 automatic with ST2130 movement, 3 hands with date. The movement is smooth, finising of this watch is exceptional, got this watch on Black Friday Sale with $300US off. The quality of this watch can be compatible with European made, but with a fraction of the price. (I used to own European Timepieces)

My friend had indicated he wanted this watch for his birthday however he changed his mind on the model after I placed the order. The customer service team were incredibly responsive, professional and helpful in recalling the product from shipment and providing information on an alternative model. Although ultimately my friend changed his mind and I requested a refund, the team were incredibly understanding and efficient in responding to my request. I look forward to buying again from seagull watches in the future.

Excellent product, Sea-Gull 1963 Limited Edition; it is the history and legacy of the Tianjin Watch Factory. The movement is quiet, and smooth. Shipment was prompt, the packaging was under due care with a small Sea-Gull Watch Company gift bag. The Sea-Gull Watch Company would sent an email to its customer for follow up as soon as the order has arrived to the purchaser. Excellent follow-up and customer care.

Watch beautiful, but some minor packaging issues
Watch is as expected and looks very nice, both on the leather and nato strap. This is definitely one of the nicer watches in my collection. Delivery went fast via DHK express with propet tracking. The box itself includes a tool for swapping the straps and a 60 year badge. Regarding packaging some things I would do differently if I were Sea-Gull: the watch was not fixed in the box, but lay freely, so during transport the watch most likely bumped all over the place. Not the attention to detail I expected. Plus the included manual and warranty card are in Chinese only and the wartanty card was not filled in/completed. Contacted the customer support department, but both issues have not been resolved. But the fact the watch was not fixed for transport is my biggest issue. No idea if the movement has been damaged so will have to wait and see. Update: dear Sea-Gull, you indicate I should send an e-mail to you with these question, but I already did that 4 days ago on October 23rd.
