The Rattrapante watch is VERY well made, in workmanship. On a totally different class with other cheaper Seagull watches. II find it comparable in workmanship with my Omega Aqua Terra Calendar, and IWC 7-Day. Its lightweight due to Grade 5 body makes the watch very enjoyable in wearing. Pity that it is NOT made known to customer that it is of a higher level product by Sea-Gull. They should consider a different higher sub-brand such as Grand Seiko for Seiko so that the customer could make their decision before purchasing. A 5-star overall rating.

Watch is beautiful and the design feels deliberate and composed. I did not expect the metallic sparkle to come through so well on the dial textures. It is also very accurate so far. The first day I clocked it at only 5 seconds faster than true time.
You kept me informed and made the process easy to follow and I felt the service had a very personal touch which I really appreciated. The tracking gave me confidence. The turn around time was amazing. The quality of the product and the case it came in was absolutely fantastic.

Extremely disappointing experience – no customer service whatsoever
I am extremely disappointed by my experience with this watchmaker.
I was delivered the wrong watch, which I immediately returned via DHL, in accordance with their instructions. The parcel was successfully delivered back to them, and I have clear proof of return.
Since then, despite four separate follow-up emails, I have received no response at all from customer service: no acknowledgment of receipt, no update, no solution, nothing. Complete silence.
For a business operating in the watchmaking sector, where trust and seriousness are essential, this level of customer care is simply unacceptable. The lack of communication and failure to handle a straightforward return has led to a total loss of confidence.
At this stage, I can only strongly warn potential customers to be extremely cautious.

Power reserve is poor, does not seem to last a day, it's hard to tell when to stop when rewinding as well.
This special edition dial is small than 38mm so looks a bit too small for my wrist
I've been wanting to buy a mechanical tourbillon watch from Sea-Gull for a while, as I've been a happy owner of another watch from this brand for almost 10 years now, namely M182SK, which is a skeleton watch where all the moving parts are clearly visible. This time, I chose a model from the Heritage series, specifically SKU 818.12.6018, because I wanted a watch with a self-winding mechanism again, but with a larger dial than the one that I already own. The entire process of purchasing the watch — from ordering it, through customer service (special thanks to Alex for the kindness and all the refunds), to delivery — went smoothly. The watch is beautiful and makes quite an impression on those around me the moment they see it on my wrist. I highly recommend this model.
