Really don’t want to have to give 1…

Really don’t want to have to give 1 star. Make lovely watches but recent experience has left a bad taste in the mouth. I have a limited edition piece that I unfortunately damaged the crystal on, I got in contact and Vincent help to resolve this as it was under warranty. We discussed sending a new crystal out or sending it back to get replaced. As I noticed part of the watch was incorrectly inserted I opted to send it off to Hong Kong, which was quite costly as I had it tracked and insured from the UK. After a couple of weeks it was received but was never informed by Seagull, only confirmed after I had chased them. It was very quiet for a few weeks and again I chased them and was ensured work was being done. This has been going on for weeks and finally when I told it was ready to ship, was asked the next week to confirm which watch it was. This didn’t fill me full of hope, they then said it was ready to ship again, and after multiple weeks of asking for a tracking number they tell me it will be in a few days or next week. This has nearly been 5 months and they are either ignoring emails or very slow to get back. Frustrated is an understatement, really quite angry about the whole thing. I feel there needs to be a gesture of goodwill, totally unacceptable. I feel as though my watch has been lost as this has run on too many months.

Lovely watch, great customer service.

Very nice and professional customer service, including communication over chat. The watch itself is also very nice. The titanium makes it super light, the movement decoration is quite nice, and you can see much of the column wheel chrono elements and the Rattrapante module working. The subtle recessing in the dial works well with the white frosted surface to create a clean, legible appearance that put me in mind of wedding invitations. Relatively light-blue thermally tempered leaf hands and chronograph elements make a pleasant contrast from the polished silver rattrapante hand and running seconds.
