Hi, thanks for taking the time to leave your feedback. I can see that your order was automatically refunded upon its arrival back at our warehouse. Checking your DPD tracking it appears that a locker delivery was requested, however the parcel was too large for this service, hence the return. Apologies for any disappointment - if you would like to make a new order, we advise that a parcel shop redirection is more suitable than a locker for larger parcels. Sebago Customer Service
