Very Pleased

I was very pleased with the doll I purchased. It was well packed and received in perfect condition. I did have an issue with shipping.  I was charged $550 for air shipping, which I didn’t choose. I contacted customer service, they resolved the issue and refunded me my $550. I was very pleased with the overall shopping experience and I will definitely be ordering another doll from this company.

This was my first time making this type…

This was my first time making this type of purchase. The doll was a little late but reaching out to support, they provided a tracking number and it was delivered the following day. No complications with the packaging and so far enjoy this purchase.

Greta Plus 152cm Great at First for the Price, but Poor Durability Over Time

I originally reviewed this purchase mainly because of the checkout and shipping issue, but I am updating my review now after owning the Greta Plus 152cm TPE doll long enough to see how it held up. I purchased her in November 2025. The listed price was $549, and after the promotional discount and shipping protection, my final cost was approximately $448 after SexDollTech refunded the accidental $550 air-freight charge. To SexDollTech’s credit, their customer service handled that shipping problem quickly. When I contacted them, they refunded the $550 freight charge the same day and the doll was shipped with the advertised free U.S. shipping. Their response to that issue was good. The product photos are another mixed point. SexDollTech now shows some more factory-style photos on the product page, which are closer to what the actual doll looked like than the main glamour image. However, even those photos do not exactly represent the doll I received. The glamour advertising especially gives a noticeably different impression of the face and body. When Greta first arrived, I was actually very impressed with the TPE. The material was surprisingly soft and felt very good. Compared with several other TPE dolls I have owned, Greta had one of the softer, more pleasant body feels. For roughly $450, my first impression was that I had gotten an excellent deal. Unfortunately, that softness also appears to have been one of the doll’s biggest weaknesses. The TPE did not seem strong enough to tolerate normal long-term stress around the body. The vaginal area began tearing very quickly. Before I realized how severe the damage had become, the tear had grown to roughly six inches, extending from the rear/ass area forward through the genital region toward the lower abdomen. Once it started, it continued slowly spreading even after I greatly reduced use. The material seemed almost too soft to support itself properly around stressed or stretched areas. This is only my observation as an owner, and I cannot verify the exact TPE formulation or whether it used a TPB-type blend, but whatever formulation was used on my doll prioritized softness much more successfully than durability. The internal metal skeleton actually held up better than I expected initially. I did not have an immediate catastrophic frame failure. However, even after I stopped regularly using the doll because of the TPE damage, the joints gradually became looser. Toward the end of ownership, the arms could no longer reliably hold a pose and would slowly drop under their own weight. Eventually the combination of the severe TPE tearing and increasingly loose joints made the body no longer worth repairing, and I retired and disposed of it. That is the frustrating part about Greta: she was genuinely good at first. For the price, the body was soft, comfortable, and initially felt like an unusually good bargain. I did not dislike the doll from day one. The problem was that she simply did not hold up over time. My long-term ratings would be approximately: Appearance compared with advertising: 5/10 Initial body softness and feel: 9/10 Value when new: 9/10 TPE durability: 2/10 Skeleton durability: 5/10 Joint durability: 4/10 SexDollTech support for the shipping issue: 9/10 Overall long-term ownership: 2/5 stars For somebody looking for an inexpensive, extremely soft TPE doll, Greta may feel excellent when new. But based on my experience, I would not recommend this body for frequent long-term use because the material and joints simply did not last. The biggest disappointment is that I actually liked her quite a bit at first. The low price was real and the softness was excellent. She just failed much too quickly for me to consider her a durable purchase.

However, for locations such as Puerto Rico, Hawaii, and other similar areas, the logistics company charges an additional shipping fee of $500. On the checkout page, air freight is displayed first, but free shipping is also available. Customers can select the free shipping option before completing their order. We cannot change the display order, but the choice is always available. We never require customers to pay the $500–$550 freight fee. If a customer accidentally selects air freight, we will proactively contact them to refund the shipping difference. Please refer to the instruction manual or our website's user guide for the range of motion when bending the doll. Generally, bending the doll beyond the standard range can easily cause tearing. This is a characteristic of TPE material, and all TPE doll brands are like this. If the TPE tear, please contact us immediately to mail repair tools, and be careful with the range of motion when bending the doll. 4. Communication in English is very good. They have a lot of experience. Give good advice too and payment via paypal. Quality of the doll is amazing life like. TPE material feels almost real. I ordered a big size doll, heavy weight with skeleton inside. Skeleton is bit stiff in the beginning but it will loosen up. Sexdolltech.com gave me extra gifts for free too. Instructions how to use and maintain the doll are included and there are also videos on the website for more information.

Excellent quality and service

Very good customer service And what a quality, and she is so beutiful and realistic sexdoll, this was an amazing experience that will keep on given for the next couple of years. As a 53 year old in a sexless marriage, this was the perfect price point and quality. Ass, Pussy, Mouth, a mistress who never says no, while wife is downstairs watching her phone, and she knows what Im doing.
