SGT Auto Transport operates in accordance with clearly outlined agreements with all carriers. As per the terms of the carrier contract, a signed Bill of Lading from the customer is required to confirm successful delivery of the vehicle before payment can be issued. In this case, the required customer signature was not obtained by your driver at the time of delivery. Our team communicated this requirement multiple times and advised that payment is contingent upon receiving proper documentation, as agreed upon in the contract. We respectfully note that the statements made in this review are misleading and do not accurately represent the circumstances of this matter. SGT Auto Transport remains committed to transparent, fair, and professional practices with both customers and carrier partners.
