Hi Reina, We're sorry to hear about the delay with your order and understand how frustrating this experience has been, especially when you needed the item by a specific date. We apologize for the inconvenience caused by the shipping delay and the lack of tracking updates. Please contact us at [email protected] so we can review your order details, assist you further, and work toward a resolution.
