If I could give them zero stars I would! The order took about three months to get here and the bras were way too big not true to size in my opinion. I then wanted to exchange them for a smaller size and had absolutely zero success contacting customer service. It is a phone number that does not exist and they do not respond to emails. Horrible company!

Shocked at the poor quality. I'm normally a size 18 in underwear but these are about 1 size too small. Stitching is coming apart. I will never buy underwear online again.
Absolute scam. They didn’t ship my order until 57 days after I paid for it. I emailed 3x times and they gave me rubbish excuses about being busy. I asked for a refund they asked me to please be patient. Today, 61 days after my order the bras have arrived. They are two cheaply made horrible material bras. That are completely the wrong size and aren’t even the bras I ordered! I ordered a balconette bra and a seamless jelly bra with a lace back. I’ve received two identical non wired plunge bras, that may be suitable as cheap training bras for a teenagers. Barely an A cup when I ordered D. I can’t describe enough how cheap and nasty these bras are. I am confident I could have made better myself. Truly cheap trash. They are a scam company. Going through the process to retrieve my money now.
This company is a scam. I had to file 4 claims to get my money back from Affirm. i contacted them 4 times and only received one bs response that had nothing to do with what i actually even reached out to them about.. I ordered 5 bras and only 3 came after almost 2 months and a dispute for a refund. the bras were not at all the same ones that’s i ordered on site. $117 is too much to throw away especially with having kids. this was very disappointing because i rarely treat myself and the one time i decided to this happens.
Do not buy from this company, I have been waiting for a refund and they have not made any effort to contact me or reply to my emails! Extremely disappointing! Definitely will not be buying from them again and would advise anyone not to.

I tracked my package for over a month.It was in my area, then was shipped off to California and then returned to sender.Meanwhile, I was emailing back-and-forth to them.Why is this happening?And they had no answer told me to contact the post office because something was wrong with my address. Post Office informed me that the label was compromised and the package had been returned to sender. Because there was no address on it for it to be delivered which could have been rectified if they had actually paid attention to my emails because I told them it was in my area, why isn't being delivered regardless, they still refused to give me a refund and I had to dispute the charges with my bank..
Ordered in February. Still haven't received my order. Email thread with customer service ended with them "wishing me a good life", after the third time I asked for a refund. Can't comment on a product I've never received. It's a scam.
I wish I had seen these reviews before I bought stuff here. I only spent $100. But I ordered one size large. I was sent large and small. But they were the right color. The pants didn't even cover half your bottom. And they were so short. I'm not very tall at all. The lifting bras don't lift. So after I waited 2 months for this stuff and called them too. The stuff is in the trash because it's not even good enough to give away.

Ordered one of their bras which took weeks to arrive after several emails to them. When it arrived it was made from cheap material and did not match the photos. Contacted them for a refund and heard nothing. Chased and got a message saying return postage would be too expensive to warrant a refund. I continued to chase and eventually got a paltry sum ‘in compensation’. Do not use this company they are a scam.
It has been over 10 weeks since i place my order and it has not arrived. I have emailed and messaged multiple times and received a reply once via email saying they will look into it and the same on messenger, but nothing has happened. I suggest not using this online website, as they are unreliable and unresponsive. It might all be a con to get money.
Deserves minus stars. Took over a month to arrive. I ordered a pack of 6 of the same product, same size. All 6 pairs are different sizes. None of which fit and it is not the product advertised. My purchase came with a posture correction bra for free......what a bonus.....until it arrived and I saw it was just some satin type fabric made to look like a bra. I am not a small chested person and the size I ordered would reflect that. This bra didn't even cover one breast. Don't buy from this lot. They are a scam
