Ripped me off , bought a two pack bras set , rubbish quality , something you'd buy from a market for a £5 , but these including postage cost me £42 ! Various emails back and fourth saying they would refund me , refund keeps going down but still no refund and now no communication, last email I was called honey with a sarcastic comment making out im stupid which yeah I am buying from a total con artist ! Ordered in November 2025, still no goods received. Repetitively requested a refund as per T&C's (refund if not received in 90 WD's). No refund received yet (5 months since order), despite their own rules they're not willing to refund my money! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. IT'S SCAM!!!!
This is a scam! Finally received order almost a month after ordering. Quality of product is awful, also sizing is off. No return will be processed but token refund offered. Told them to keep it and will be binning the bras and will never do overseas orders again as they all seem to be extremely dodgy. Buy local and stay safe!

BE AWARE: this company is a scam. I have never left a negative review before however I feel people need to be warned. The items take an age to arrive. I appreciate that this is an overseas company, but 2 months with no updates on my order is not right. The items finally arrived. The quality of the items are shocking. The material is an odd blend of plasticy, shiny, cheap material, NOT what was advertised to me. Items were incredibly small, despite following the size guide. Emailed for an address to return to and was ignored endless times. After 30 days I informed the company I would seek legal advice. They offered £10 compensation for me to "order more items" requesting me to not return the items as the company will suffer losses. I spent £50 in total on their items. They want me to keep items I cannot use and are not prepared to at least compensate half the cost. No consideration for the loss of my money in the process. STEER CLEAR.

Im giving 1 star because I can't do 0 stars. This company has terrible customer service. All they do is give the run around. They say someone will get back to me, but no one ever does. I needed to return an item and ofcourse you have to email someone which I did several times. No response. I finally was able to get a response from messenger, but they just told me I would be getting an email from someone that could help me. That was a lie... terrible company. Buyer beware.
Would go lower if you could. Do not fall for this, there is a 50/50 chance you will get what you order, I know this because I ordered 4 bras, 2 were exactly as described and expected and 2 were not. The joke is they were packaged together and they somehow thought I would not notice! I have now emailed 5 times asking for a replacement or refund on the joke bras, so far not even a whiff of an acknowledgment. Useless customer service and useless bras!

Ordered February 9th 2026 and still haven't received shit. Finally mid March they said it was delivered, not to me or my neighbors, they stopped responding to me, this company is a total ripoff, they take your money and shit in your face. No wonder China is a shit state, negative 1000.
Took ages to get to me, shipped from Japan and nothing better than what I can buy on Temu for a fraction of the price. Poor quality and absolutely nothing like their advertising. Extremely disappointed!!

Did not like even giving 1 star. Ordered a 3 xl Bra , finally arrived after a couple of months....what a load of garbage, wouldnt support my dogs breasts without attempting at mine. I actually burst out in laughter when I put it on because they did not lift my breasts at all, I actually fell out of it.But I am extremely angry because I paid $60 Australian dollars and then added to that was the currency conversion which bought the total to close on $90. I ordered one bra from this company. I never got accurate shipping information when I did finally receive my order after about a month I had received the wrong size. I’ve reached out to this company about a refund or an exchange and never got a response.
If I could provide a minus score I would. I purchased 2 of the supposedly wonderful bras, after 1 month of nothing arriving and no communication I contacted the company three times before I got a pitiful response. Just a tracking number which was no help as it wouldn't come up on the freight service. I finally received said bras which were a size smaller than what I had ordered. I have contacted them to advise them of their error providing photos as proof and still no response. Lesson learnt not to purchase anything from this company. Total rip off and waste if hard earned money. Stear clear of this company!!!

Ordered two bras after doing research on this company and their products. Bras are not as advertised. They are small even though I checked measurements against their website. They are cheap and nasty material and do not do why is advertised! Stay away from them! Scam
