DO NOT BUY FROM SHAPERLADY. I placed an order 1/24/2026 followed the tracking number provided for 3 weeks. Opened the package to my surprise it was an awful unappealing dress I would never have ordered. Emailed them back provided picture of dress, and shipping information noted on the package. It took them 2 weeks to respond. They finally responded asked how to make amends? I replied back reship my order at no additional cost to me or refund my money. 2 months later no order nor my refund.
I ordered a bra & leggings back in early Feb. I emailed numerous times with no response. When you click on the so called tracking number, it states "on its way" I have even went to the post office with the tracking number and they didn't have that tracking number in their system. I have been ignored & avoided. I have yet to receive my items, an explanation, or a refund. I work really hard for what money I make. I don't need this crap! I WANT A REFUND OR MY ITEMS I PAID FOR!!! This is uncalled for! You all don't even deserve 1 star. You deserve a MINUS 100!!! I ordered my items back on Feb 18th. Your email stated the items were finally shipped out on Feb 26th. We are now at March 27th SERIOUSLY???

This "company" is a joke. The tracking number they "eventually" sent to me is non existent! Repeated emails sent to them requesting an update on my order have gone unanswered. I have sent 6 so far. After two months waiting I still am! This site is shonky and I highly recommend that no one is ripped off by them . Buyers beware!
Scam artists. Ordered back in early February. Tracked package and it wasn't till March that it said it arrived Feb 27th. Called their number and it message said it wasn't in service. Wrote email and a Jing Wo said it was delivered and I should check with my neighbors. Today received package with the tracking number company gave me. It had two stickers in it saying "Trust in God." Do not buy from them!
I have tried to contact this company numerous times with no response. Didn’t receive the size ordered and can’t get a response. So guess I’m out $57.00 for 2 bras that I can’t wear. Worst customer service that I have ever had to deal with.
Ordered beginning of February. Never received the leggings. UPS had my info and delivery address but no package. Contacted company with zero response. It’s fraudulent.
I received a bra that was not the one advertised by Shaperlady.com on Facebook, even though it looked like it. It did not do any of the things they said it would like support a DDD+. Size was totally out maybe C/D cup. Would NOT hold up plums as it was so soft with no support to the fabric at all. Then 10 or more emails to them to return it and get refunded all with no response . I got lulled in thinking as they offered afterpay they would be safe business to buy from but that's not how afterpay works it up to the merchant only to refund but if they won't contact you it really doesn't matter if they offer a full refund on their website they can just ignore you. So I'm out of pocket
Do not order from this company as they are scamming people worldwide. If you have not received your order raise a dispute with your bank to get a refund. Also make sure you report them on whatever platform they advertised on so we can get them shut down. If you are UK based you can report them to action fraud.
If I could give negative stars i would. They immediately confirmed my order and withdrew my money from my bank account of course. But I ordered pants 2 WEEKS ago and have not even gotten a confirmation of shipping email with a tracking number yet! I have emailed them and no response. This company is a scam. I wish I read these reviews first. I will not EVER use them again. STAY away, yall. Only use well known brands and legit websites.
Place the order on the 3rd February2026.I only just received my order 17 March 2026.
There sizing is way to small i order XL.
There Customer service is none existent as i email them so many times chasing my order never received reply.
Now I have 2 Bras that does not fit .
So I gather they will not answer this email for refund.

It is scammer website, I saw this website from facebook and I bought over a month ago and now still waiting for my order and I contacted to the website but nothing happened yet.
I tried to look back on facebook but I couldn’t find this website anymore.
It sounds like the same thing happened to me! I ordered the leggings on February 20th. It’s now March 15th. I’m giving a tracking number that’s bogus and no customer response.
