i ordered my stuff on the 13th Feb and the tracking has not changed since and i have messaged on facebook also emailed twice and still no reply, if i don;t get a reply i will asking for my money back
I ordered 2 bras over a month ago and still havent received them. Tracking is a joke and no one at customer service ever responds. Honestly this company should be put out of business!! Worst online shopping experience ever. Buyer dont bother. Also charges USD when it comes from china.

I Ordered 3 bras that was supposed to fit 48c, but when they arrived the inserts said 44 in two if them and 42 in the other so there is NO WAY they would fit. Have emailed them but no reply - will be looking at talking to PayPal to get money back

If I could give 0 stars I would, just wanted them to change the size, I emailed them about 10 times and never got a response, tried my bank, two people I spoke to at the bank gave me incorrect info, then the last person at my bank said I had to wait 30 days! For what a bra that doesn’t fit!!
I would give zero stars if I could. Ordered 2 pairs of leggings Dec. 24, 2025. It’s now February 12 - no package. The website account says it’s on the way but no package. Sorely disappointed.
First I reached out to Shaperlady requesting shipping information 3 times they totally ignored my emails. The tracking number that they provided goes back to their website which doesn't work. Finally after a few weeks i received my order which was not what was advertised on their site.The bra i ordered was not the correct size and made chesply. I contacted them back for a return on the items i purchased snd hzve not been contacted back. This company is a scam. BUYER BEWARE! DONT ORDER FROM THEM.!!!!!
Don’t buy from this company! I’ve been waiting over a month, they won’t reply to emails and I had to resort to PayPal to intervene and investigate. I know even they are having trouble as so far they have only yielded a tracking number (which I already had) and nothing since… waiting, waiting. Not looking forward to the outcome according to all other reviews on here.
Tried to cancel after ordering. My emails were ignored. Only to receive the wrong items. The bras did not fit. The colors were also wrong. They sent me same cookie cutter response as others have reported receiving. Offered option 1: $10 refund, or ship the product back (on my dime) all the way to S.Korea? Address given: 128-33, Macheon 1(il)-d ong, Songpa-gu, Seoul postal Code:138-820. Not sure why they quote an LA address in their customer service return policy webpage...perhaps to garner shopper confidence. In short- They lock in your order. after that, any issues... it's a $10 take it or leave it customer care policy.
Ordered a couple of bras, I realised it was in US dollars and not Australian - too expensive . There was only an email for customer service send cancellations . They said they will accept cancellations if done before order dispatch . I cancelled the order the same day I actually ordered . They ignored my multiple emails - no response at all . They ignored me completely and dispatched these expensive , very ordinary bras. To this day they never responded to my emails , the first dating to the day I ordered . Do not order from these people .
They should not be doing business. It's been over a month since I played my order, the tracking number is useless. I even asked for a refund no answer. I'm hoping they eat shit and die. I want my $80,00 US back.
I literally had to go to Facebook & talk publicly about my item not getting delivered to get ANY attention from this company. They eventually reached out in fb fn DMs to say they would send me an email. I feel like I'm one of the lucky one because after a TON of pressure on the company they "found' my package & had it resent after I buttered them up saying I wanna buy more stuff but not until this comes in. YEAH RIGHT. They'll never get another dime from me. Dont trust this company. The leggings that came weren't even the right fn ones there's a million companies that make butt lifting leggings try any other ones because this as someone that makes minimum wage was disappointing af. The pancake remains. Don't get fooled I checked Google & apparently I'm really lucky that my package even came at all.
Bought bras using sizing advice given and when arrived it was way off right size. Return policy says to contact them for where to return item and to get further instructions. I’ve emailed and heard nothing.

I received three of the same bra style/colour. I ordered three different colours (same style)! However, interestingly, I also received three bigger sizes in the colour's I actually wanted. So, I got 6 bras. 3 in the size I requested but the same colour & the other three bigger sizes & the colour's I wanted. 😢 I have to say, they are really comfortable bras. They seem good quality. Only downside is, you have to hand wash them 💩
If I could leave no stars I would. This company used another company's name and videos. The leggings I received are horrible quality. Customer service now is ignoring my emails. Only offered $20 compensation on an order almost $80. Buyer beware!!!!
