Ship Camps

JS, Good morning, and thank you for reviewing your recent Ship Camps outbound shipment experience. We are pleased to see both of your camp bags were delivered ahead of schedule. However, we are sorry to hear about the issues you experienced during the pickup and delivery process. This is the first time these concerns have been brought to our attention, and we appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback. A member of our Resolutions Team will be reaching out to you directly to learn more about your experience and discuss how we can make things right. Thank you in advance for your time. We appreciate your feedback and look forward to speaking with you soon.

Hello LG, Thank you for your review. We're sorry to hear there was some confusion about your delivery. Our delivery dates are "delivery-by", meaning there is a potential for shipments to arrive ahead of the final commit date. Camp bags tend to be on the larger side and may be separated in transit due to space availability on vehicle while still all arriving by the commit date. If you have any additional questions, please give us a call at (855) 540-2267 or email our team at [email protected]. Thank you!

Hello Marcy, Thank you for your review. We're sorry to hear there was damage to your bag's strap. We look forward to speaking with you to make this right. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to reach us by phone at (855) 540-2267 or via email at [email protected]. Thank you!
