Ship Camps

Cara, Good morning, and thank you for sharing your recent Ship Camps experience. We're pleased the pickup and delivery went as expected from a timing perspective, but we do regret to hear about the condition of your trunk upon arrival. Rest assured, this is not a common occurrence, and when it does happen, damage like what you're describing is covered under our Ship Camps insurance policy. Unfortunately, based on the details provided, we're unable to locate your order. We've sent a private message requesting a few more details, such as your full name, the email address associated with the order, or your Order ID. Once we have that information, a member of our team will reach out directly to help file a claim and ensure you're properly compensated and reimbursed for this issue. Thank you in advance for your time. We look forward to ensuring your satisfaction!

FS, Thank you for sharing your recent Ship Camps experience. I'm glad both bags arrived ahead of schedule on each leg of your round trip, but I'm sorry to hear your luggage arrived damaged once again. Receiving items in worse condition than when they shipped is by no means common, and for this to happen more than once is certainly not what we want for you. Just as we have in years past, we'll make sure you're properly compensated for this. This is the first we're hearing of the issue with this year's shipment, and I don't see any outreach to our team outside of this review. Therefore, I'll have a member of our team reach out to you directly to retrieve the appropriate documentation to file your claim for approval and reimbursement. I'm sorry for the inconvenience this has caused, and I look forward to making sure you're compensated appropriately. Thank you for your time and patience while we resolve this for you.
