Please note that the migration process is highly technical and, in particular, the configuration between digital and physical products can be complex. Each platform has its own structure and requirements, which sometimes means that additional configuration is necessary after the automated migration in order to ensure products are displayed correctly. Your reqeust request has already been processed successfully. However, it seems that during the process there was a change in your decision to migrate to Wix, which unfortunately left us without the opportunity to finalize and adjust the configuration needed to ensure your products appeared as digital items.
