As outlined there, certain limitations apply to data migration due to platform-specific features—for example, we're unable to migrate design themes or product filters, as these are considered platform functionalities rather than part of the actual entity data. To help customers evaluate the process and expected outcomes, we offer unlimited Demo migrations. Since you've already completed the full migration service, we assume the Demo results were satisfactory. Please note that the service has been fully delivered based on the agreed terms. While we understand you may have had additional expectations, these were not confirmed or validated by our team in advance. Therefore, requesting a refund at this stage, after successful delivery, would not be appropriate. We’ve recorded no issues with the migrated data. However, if you believe there are specific concerns or discrepancies, we encourage you to reach out to our support team. They'll be happy to assist you with a prompt resolution.
