More complex requests, such as custom development or multi-step projects, often require extended time and ongoing collaboration, which is why we recommend hourly development in those cases. This is not to avoid helping, but to ensure the work is done correctly and sustainably, beyond what a single “fix” task reasonably covers. Task Validity Regarding task validity, our team is always transparent about how task credits are structured. At one point, “lifetime validity” was offered, but as our services and systems evolved, we needed to transition to a more sustainable model. Over a 14-day period, we sent more than 15 email reminders regarding a past due payment for hosting services that were still being provided. Unfortunately, none of those emails were acknowledged until much later, at which point your response was highly irate and aggressive. Our intent was never to be hostile, but to seek resolution for a service that had gone unpaid while we continued to provide support and hosting. It's our responsibility to follow up on unpaid invoices, especially when a service remains active. We regret that our communication was perceived as unprofessional — that was not our intention. However, we do believe clear and consistent follow-up is part of maintaining business accountability on both ends.
